  • I saw these in operation last night down at Thonglor. Took it from the Skytrain down to Oishi. The idea of a meter is so simple you have to wonder why it was ever done any other way. The drivers seemed to have no problem with it, and were happy to show it off. Hope to see more of these around Bangkok soon.

  • An official public trial of the Moto-Meter is now underway on motorcycle taxis in Bangkok.

    This video follows a motorcycle taxi with a Moto-Meter for an entire trip, with the passenger paying the meter's fare at the end of the video. The fare is in Thai currency and the conversations are in Thai.
