  • shit i punch harder than marine pussys im a 4th degree black belt in three different styles yet unknown to man i can punch through solid steal and im only 16 my master died because i surpassed him in a mortal combat fight to the death who dare challenge my youtube comment

  • I wonder if that's Coburn on the big bag? Cool footage, I've honestly never seen that bag before.

  • Rikashiku we meet again

  • @30Zoidberg I gotta admit youre a fucking idiot.

  • you can also see my wooden dummy 7 days work cost around 60$ ;-)

    nice video ...

  • That's a bit too big lol. Just use a 100 pounder and don't start a sidekick that far away, you'll be fine.

  • The police detective came and he says "Excuse me Mr. Lee, your son is really fighting bad in school. If he gets into just one more fight I might have to put him in jail".

    —Robert Lee[18]

  • Ya right jks9109 street fights are fighting for you life, as if. When your life is at stake is when weapons are used. Bruce Lee did most of his street fighting when he was in High School in Hong Kong. You know.. those so called lil highschool fights.. you know he was getting into trouble so his family shipped him to the States. I guess an Ocean apart was his best defence techinique.

  • and even more so than just him being "The Father" of MMA, he was an extraordinary philosopher, The kids on here talking about UFC fights and sayin bruce wouldnt last are stupid because he wouldnt fight in them to begin with. He cant be confined to rules because when you fight on the streets your fighting for your life, (and no lil highschool fights dont count). So get your shit straight and if you have problems then stop trolling on a video of Bruce because you disgrace his memory

  • OK for clarification for some of you tards who dont believe bruce was a real fighter, learn your shit. He was the greatest martial artist in the world and still is to date. Bruce got his acting career from his martial arts prowess, not for auditioning, He got drafted onto the show the green hornet from doing a live demonstration, and the reason he rarley competed in tournaments, its because bruce trained him self for life and death situations. He couldnt fight in tournaments because of the rules

  • Question of the year: How was Lee able to hang the 300lb bag?! I'd literally shit bricks if Lee literally carried that mother load and hung it. X_x!

  • the last guy in video looks like chuck, lol

  • Cung Le never practiced Muay Thai you dumbasses. He practiced Taekwondo before anything else. Then Kickboxing then Judo then Sanshou and that was it. Whatever else is just MMA training for a completely different SPORT.

  • Can't we just all agree that Bruce Lee was a freak of nature like no one we have ever seen before or ever will again?

  • @P715R Can't we agree that he introduced Martial Arts to the West but his creed is also just good media hype? He was the first so he has become idolised but since there is no record of him ever beating a fighter with a REAL NAME, Bruce Lee can only be credit in being a REEL fighter; REEL - as in movie reels.

  • @Rhonaldv He didn't introduce martial arts to the west...

  • @Rhonaldv they're are accounts of REAL fights he had from his wife and friends and even co stars have seen him fight and by their description,i see why he wasn't in a lot of fights his speed and damage he could do with it was off the charts, and he was a REAL fighter just watch interviews with ppl that knew him and actually seen him fight b4 just cuz he did movies and not tournaments (he didnt like rules) doesn't mean he was fake which is what ur saying when it comes to bn able to fight for real

  • @silvap4p I agree he could fight and I bet he was a good fighter. My cheecky reply was meant that he never officially beat any fighter that had a Real reputation in being a good fighter. Any famous big name fighter has a list of opponets he has beaten. On the list will be fighters that also earned a reputation. Since Bruce Lee never fought professionaly, only sparred, we can only estimate how good he would have been.

  • @Rhonaldv oh ok i thought sumn different sorry, but yeah idk how good if he had went to pro cuz he liked to fight outside the rules they have so he may have not done well but then again he may have done well like ya said i guess,we'll never know

  • @Rhonaldv The problem with your statement is that Bruce conditioned himself for a real fight. Not some professional fight, or something that was publicized. His tactics were for Real Street Fights. Their is a reason why he was removed from his home and came to the US (Street Fights, Gangs, etc, etc).

The top fighters of that time worked with Bruce, and every single one has praised him as "unreal". Real Fights don't get recorded, only professional fights which he didn't do.

  • @TrueSephiros As for street fighters training differently then pros, I can see skill sets that they would practice as being different because lack of rules, but I bet pros have better cardio & conditioning. Their livelyhood depends on wining prize money while streetgangs use extortion & crime to make their money.

  • @TrueSephiros Bruce Lee had another avenue to make money by turning his talent into making movies. How many street fights could he risk taking while making a movie and risk injury? I don't think Bruce Lee trained later in his career for street fights but instead his desire to push his body to the limits. Some experts think his intense training is what could have led to his too early death.

  • @TrueSephiros It was only after the fight with Wong Jack Man did Bruce take seriously his training & conditioning. While in Hong Kong he belonged to a street gang and would have behaved like any typical teenager. The thing with street fighters is that anyone with real talent would see that turning pro would make their talent payoff. Why risk jail time or gang death. This thinking the street fighters are some what superior then pros is short sighted.

  • @Rhonaldv He took fighting seriously before Wong Jack Man. His Philosophy about fighting CHANGED after the Wong Jack Man fight because during that fight, he felt extremely restricted by just traditional Wing Chun.

The thinking of SF>>>Pros is drastically different. It's not about Superiority, but the mere fact of "ANYTHING GOES". That's the difference. Since when was it legal to eye gauge, groin shot, bite and such likes in professional fighting? Two Completely Different Aspects.

  • @TrueSephiros At least I see you acknowledge that its just a difference and not one being superior. You are right about the illegal moves, but then they still do happen (sometimes accidently) so being a pro still exposes you to it and inadvertly you get trained to take a hit. Too many wanabee fighters think they are badass because they hit hard & are fast. Most streetfights are about ganging up on someone so I believe exit strategy training is a better option than fighting.

  • @Rhonaldv sorry to high-jack this but.

I'v ebeen in street fights where I was double-team(2 on 1)

    and still kicked ass.

If you have a big enough advantage in:

    speed+power+skill+stamina+durability= YOU >>>>> gang(2or 3 unarmed attackers).

strategy for this fight would be 1)hands up 2)keep moving3)don't get surrounded4)hit fast and HARD5)attack vulnerable areas6)AGGRESSION7)EXERT YOUR WILL POWER ONTO CRUSHING THE ATTACKERS....8)attack where unexpected(kicks, knees, elbows, sweeps, throws)

  • @chrisgrinhard Good for you and I would say that more important then training would be aggression which I guess, given the odds would have motivated you. My son said that last month 5 guys jumped 1 teen from his school. The teenager ran into MacDonalds and the other 5 from an other school followed him in. The teen had (illegal here) bear spray which he used to mace the others with. Tough to train for this kind of event.

  • @Rhonaldv glad the kid was OK. What I meant though was... speed=higher % your strikes connect faster/first power=your strikes hurt/KO an attacker, now he one less to deal with stamina=you last longer durability=you can take a hit,but keep fighting skill=you know how/where/when to strike and how to use hands/feet/knees/throws/use environment(slam head to wall/window/etc). how to analyze/strategize/opportunistic striking. while attackers just swing stupidly/slowly/sloppy. thats it.
  • Truely great fights happen when we see two warriors battling it out. Sometimes the one who has been taking the brunt, but has heart, finds a way to win the victory. Most streetfights I have seen, early on it is clear who is going to win since intimadation carries great weight. It is the presence of rules & referees and a degree of fairness that the test can better see which fighter is better.

  • Bruce in this video is power punching at maximum effort. This is the most effective way to gain absolute power through longer contraction of the muscles when he forces or 'pushes' his fist into the bag. This aspect of training does not mean he doesn't have any other skills in boxing and technique, this just means he is utilizing his whole body in the movement. Gorge Forman the hardest punch in the world trained like this for power. Net idiots.

  • The footage of Lee punching the bag bare knuckle is very impressive. He is very fast and powerful. The bag kicking is his student

  • @Gradivus375 copy me

  • wow bruce lee isn't a great fighter but a good acter.

  • @30Zoidberg do your homework before you insult people. his prowess as a fighter was why he became an actor.

  • @ozzywolf84 lol. yeah beacuse he couldnt make it in fighting.

  • @30Zoidberg you have no clue what your talking about lol. i don't know why i'm even bothering to reply to such a retard.

  • @ozzywolf84 bruce lee made movies......he never even fought in a real life match! are you fucking kidding me? have you even seen jkd or wing chun its a fucking joke! it never works in rl only the movies! holy shit do you believe everything you see on the movies?!

  • @30Zoidberg your right he didn't fight in matches. simply for the fact that he did not like to be restricted by rules. he did have several real fights.

  • @ozzywolf84 hahahahahaha! holy shit your fucking serious? WOW.

  • @30Zoidberg Actually he competed in a lot of boxing, karate and taekwondo matches. MMA didn't exist until 1987 and Kickboxing didn't become professional until 1974.

What do you consider real match fighting?

Bruce Lee only competed early in his career, his pro career was short. Yeah, he became an actor, after he fought professionally just like Jet Li, Van Damme and Randy Cotoure.

Bruce Lee was a martial artist, he wanted fights to be real, not restricted.

  • @Rikashiku like i said karate and taekwondo dont work in rl. traditional martial arts suck. taekwondo has a few moves that work. The only real fighter you named was randy couture. What i consider real fighting are skills that would work in the cage and the battlefeild.

  • @30Zoidberg Says who? Karate worked well enough to be accepted by the Japanese and Taekwondo is good enough to train the Marine Corps.

You sound like another one of those 14 year olds who think sports are real fighting. Dude, Sport does not represent real fighting.

    You're pretty stupid lmfao.

  • @Rikashiku omfg you sound so fucking stupid. accepted by the japanese hmmm what have they done since ww2? sorry but no they dont train in taekwondo. the marines train in mma and most of them drop that to train in krav maga. Brian stann fought in iraq and is an amazing fighter in the ufc. Never said sports was real fighting. So stop riding bruce lees dick and accept that if he was to fight a green beret or even an mma fighter with no rules he would lose if not killed.

  • @30Zoidberg Holy crap you are a stupid 14 year old virgin, I bet you think Joe Rogan is a pro fighter.

What have the Japs done since WW2? Uhh yeah they invented MMA and Kickboxing. Ummm Marines don't train in MMA lmfao, they train in MCMAP which is based on Taekwondo, Chong Chul Rhee introduced it to them and no one drops out of the Marines to train in KRav Maga, are you are complete retard?

  • @Rikashiku last time im responding to your dumbass. Where do you come from where the 14 year olds arnt virgins? in not even 14. i ment military wise not about mma. you can choose to box, wrestle, ect in the army i ment dropping boxing to do krav maga. I LOVE THE FACT THAT YOU TOOK IT OFF BRUCE LEE! I GUESS YOU FINALY NO THE TRUTH THAT HES A FAKE! lol your 14 if you still believe in bruce lee. Joe Rogan is a ufc commentator? pro fighter where the fuck are you getting your comebacks?

  • @30Zoidberg Your mama.

  • @30Zoidberg Listen kid, most of your idols from mma would propably get their ass kicked on the street by random drunken people. The reason why alot of traditional martial artists are weak in a fight is because they lack strenght and size. Most of the tecniques from kickboxing and krav maga are derived from traditional martial arts, so martial artists have superior skills compared to krav maga practitioners. Look at Cung Le, that's what you get if a martial artists got strenght too.

  • @bubbletea8888 Chung Le does sanshou/muaythai. Btw he got raped by silva in his first ufc fight. FACT - traditional martial arts are useless. KUNG FU,TKD,JKD,KARATE(some karate is uesfull) lol yeah everysingle tma fighter is small and weak hahaha. No they tried it out on many people there size and bigger. Thats why the mainstream ma are ruling! They proved there art in combat with the muay boran to jj with the japs. Random druken people? really? Google bas rutten barfight. MORON!

  • @30Zoidberg You watch too much ufc. You probably cant even kick past your knee. Thats what tv does to people though.

  • @CIENEGALOKO13 i do watch/record ufc fights, however i can kick past my knee. your information is false. good try.

  • @30Zoidberg It was an assumption based on how ignorant you sounded. How ever your information is wrong too. I love mma but most UFC fans are idiots.

  • @CIENEGALOKO13 Just like all football fans, soccer fans, baseball fans, etc stfu and some type casting. your racist, and racist are iliegal.

  • @30Zoidberg How the fuck am I racist? I want you to retype any racist statement Ive made.

  • @CIENEGALOKO13 lmfao. You said nothing racist! Trying to cancel out your stupidity with something retarted to say. It worked. Just like everyone else you took the subject off bruce lee.

  • @30Zoidberg What stupidity? youre the only idiot on this page acting stupid and ignorant. If you dont like Bruce Lee why are you watching this? You should go watch ufc with the rest of the dumbasses who think they can fight because they watch too much tv. Im just gonna choose to not be a part of this argument because youre probably under age anyways.

  • @CIENEGALOKO13 lol ok sure.

  • @30Zoidberg stfu u fucking virgin ass teenager. Grow the fk up and i hope ur inbox is getting full u fk tard.

  • @Rikashiku your words are right man. i mean wtf is krav maga. goddamn... just some basic crap throwing things? >.<

  • @Rikashiku No, the japanese did NOT invent MMA, oldest records of MMA fighting date back to 648 BC in the ancient Olympics.

  • @bud389 MODERN MMA. It wasn't called MMA in Ancient Greece, it was Pankration, a combination of Pale and Pugilism. Pancrase brought this sport back to life in a Modernized time because this time, it really was MIXED Martial Arts and not just Boxing and Wrestling.

  • @Rikashiku Well, you said MMA. And it still was Mixed Martial Arts.

  • @Rikashiku Lol you dumbass Joe Rogan was a pro fighter shows what you know.

  • @TheJewinator No, he was an Amateur fighter in small hick town Taekwondo tours. He never competed Professionally. Retard, shows what you know.

  • @Rikashiku marines use weapons an bomb from afar and as far as fighting it only depends on the to fighters expressing themself. not on styles. in short fuck your labels bitch.

  • @pandadude24 Marines also practice UNARMED self defense dipshit. Don't you know anything? No, they don't use bombs from afar, they call in Bomber Planes and Artillery. Idiot.

  • @Rikashiku Not saying what you are saying is not completely true, but the marines have on a few occasions invited some top ranked MMA fighters to train marines at times.

  • @Th3NewDragon

A lot more than a few times.

Randy couture was in the military and trains with them all the time.

There are many ex military mma fighters.

  • @Th3NewDragon Yes I know, but what does that have to do with anything. Those MMA fighters only stay for one class and thats it. That doesn't meant that they're marines.

  • @Rikashiku

Joe Rogan is a TKD black belt and a jiu jitsu brown belt.

And he has won many competitions in the past, but he is not a "pro fighter".

Also, Japanese did not invent MMA, the Greeks did.

    So "uh", no they didn't.

MCMAP is focused on jujutsu, Karate, and Judo btw.

Who gave your dumb ass comment 8 thumbs up?

8 sock accounts or 8 other retards?

  • @Shonem Joe Rogan is a black belt in McDojo and doesn't know real taekwondo.

He won US competitions against other misguided fools.

Japan started the first LEGAL and OFFICIAL and PROFESSIONAL MMA organization. The Greeks used a similar format, but it wasn't MMA since it was only one martial art.

    So "uh" yeah.

MCMAP does not focus on just those three. It uses a variety of different techniques taken from several martial arts.

    Smart people "thumbs" me up.

  • @Rikashiku

Joe is a legit black belt, just because you refuse to accept him as one, doesn't make it any less true.

TKD, IS NOT trained to marines, the japanese DID NOT invent mma.

And many branches of the military go to mma gyms or bring in mixed martial arts trainers to train with.

I remember when several of my friends in the army went to Extreme Couture with other recruits, and there are countless videos.

So, your comments are thumbsed up by idiots who know less than you.

  • @Rikashiku

And most of what you know, is wrong.

Joe is a black belt in one style, and a brown belt in another.

Show some respect for a superior martial artist.

  • @Rikashiku Although I agree, you killed your own intelligent by puttin "lmfao" at the end. No offense, but the irony is clear.

  • @30Zoidberg

when on the streets will you be fighting in a cage

    dumbass

  • @Niksukii whose chuck Norris only heard Bruce

  • God damn 300lbs?! I've seen guys who struggle making a 200lbs bag move with any kick and Bruce Lee can make this one dance a little with his side kick.

Listen closely, you can hear Jhoon Rhee telling Bruce Lee how to kick better.

  • its chuck norris

  • @Niksukii chuck who?

  • its 200 bag!!!! ts heavy

  • 300 lol whats inside stones?

  • @SaikejoThe bag he's hitting is not 300lbs? more like 70lbs. Yes everyone know the legs are stronger than the arms, that still doesn't prove BL was able to kick a 300lbs bag to the ceiling, lol

It's just hilarious how many people then and now would allege outrageous comments/rumors about BL. I once read that he defeated Godzilla once, was that true? lmfao!!

  • @martinez418 according to some test (rumors), ( i haven't seen it with my eyes) bruce lee kick power it's estimated around 425 to 450lb. i don't know if it's true.

  • @kof0rules i bet it was alot harder than 450 check out some of the sport science or fight science videos about measuring kick power they did a few episodes with it and the guys they brought in were lateef crowder, bren foster, and a few other martial artist from styles i think they even have gsp one one but anyway some of them kicked with over 2000 pounds of force and i think gsp got 3600 check it out its pretty badass

  • @tpbu1109 George st Pierre scored 3,477 psi which is so much higher than Shoguns 2,749 psi kick. GSP also punched his hardest at 2,859 which is higher than Bruce Lee, a man who is 3" shorter and 30lbs lighter. Bruce Lee is said to have a punch that measured 2,000psi. Glen Levy's hardest punch is 12,898 psi. 180lbs Bren Foster had the hardest and fastest kick recorded in Fight Science at 2,300psi and 139mph, but it looked like he wasn't using his full force.

  • @kof0rules 450? HHAhahahaha that is so weak

  • @kof0rules Its not. According to Glen Levy, the Ninjutsu expert on Fight Science and real life Ninjutsu expert and martial artist, Bruce Lee's Punch measured over 2,000psi which is more than what most men twice his size can generate. Glen Levy is 12,898psi. Lee's kick was probably stronger than his punch.

  • Thats not Bruce kicking that bag.

  • Guru Dan inosanto has this bag in his gym.

It is a 300 pound bag, I have seen it and touched it so I can confirm it.

When Bruce Lee used it he had to mount it seperate from the main house because it was causing to much stress when he was kicking it.Guru Dan has many of Bruce Lee

original items ie signs ,letters etc, and hundreds of intresting stories.Respect.

  • Bruce wanted to know that if he ever fought a 300 lb dude he could still knock

him on his ass with a side kick. :-)

  • B.S that's not a 300lbs bag? and if he did; the ceiling must of been 6 feet in height.

  • im supriced the porch didnt fall down.. damn.. huge bag.. lol..

  • this is some common shit man faking to be Lee

  • @vickyUSA I'm not quite sure this is 300 pound bag...... but it's huge...... and the guy using the bag is not Bruce Lee but his student, it says at that top if u took the time to read it.. instead of just watching it. It is bruce lees 300lb training bag he found

  • PEOPLE the guy in the white that was kicking was chuck norris the other guy actually beatin the crap out of the punching bag was Bruce lee

  • Yes this is the 300lb bag. I have seen all the documentaries on him and the 300lb bag was his main bag for kicking.

  • pffffff

  • @felipepro2006 WHAT! pffffff in your ass!

  • What documentary is this from?

  • @sHAd0W11591 I believe the documentary is simply called "Jeet Kune Do"

  • Compared to bruce lee chuck noris is a sperm cell...

  • @sizzo666 Chuck has a harder punch, theoretically, if he can only use that power against Bruce's speed...

  • 1:14 Helped me out so much

  • no wounder people said his side kicks was like a car crashing into your body lol kicking 300lb every day would make your leg into a battering ram lol

He had that made for him.. so he was the person that invented that size bag or well was the first person to make it that big lol also theirs video footage of bruce snapping the bag from the hidge on the metal.... just goes to show the man was thinking way ahead of people

  • A CLEAR COMBAT MOMENT: Many trainers say a large bag is not practical, but i disagree. There are guys out there that are 300 pounds that start fights and learning to feel that weight on your foot takes the fear away. I train on a 150 pound back but when i swing it, it becomes a 300 pound equivalent. It only works with push kicks.

  • the description was very informative thank you

  • Side kicking at 300 pound heavy bag.How do you explain that in Scientific, if Bob Wall can't even move it, he was more bigger than Bruce.Maybe Bruce "inner strength" or "Ki" development is expansion, as he always said many times, please advise?I'm interested..thx

  • @arilestariono That's what I always wonder. How did Bruce Lee get so much power in his hits when hes so lean and cut? Look at fighters right now, there's people 2-5x bigger than him that can't hit as hard as Bruce Lee could.

  • @muststayfresh thx for commenting back.I was on research on martial arts.Try this exercise, you kick an object, lets say a bottle of aqua plastic, kick it with high focus, not to to hit the target but it's just a breadth of hair,,,?? if your kicking with inner strength energy, that bottle, will have that "hussh" wind energy, its like kicking a leave,,,not to kick the leave but almost hitting it..if that leaves receive the energy.with"""wusshh" like a wind than that's the right kick,...

  • @arilestariono inner strength energy..... what is that?

  • @Easyandy100 Well its what we call internal which is developed by using chi or jing, fajing which we all have but you must know how to use it.Chi gong & 18 Lohan in which came from a monk from india who showed the shoalin monks this special breathing excercise. This strengthening the bones, tendons & muscle in which give you great strengths. It take awhile to learn it years of training is required you can look at it on youtube of these things also look up master John Chang Qi gong you'll b surprise

  • @muststayfresh The reason being is the same as for the Chinese Olympic weight lifters who weigh only 140-150lbs but can lift 200 over their head. The same reason that a 140 pound Chimpanzee can lift 800lbs in one arm. It's just basic Science that the actual strength of a muscle has never been about mass but about density. BruceLee,Chimpanzees,OlymicLifters who are light, all have a high density in muscles. How to increase density in your muscles? Just ask Bruce.

  • @ComicBookGo you don't have to have muscle to be strong. you can become strong even if you have no muscles

  • @ComicBookGo if only he was alive.... THANKS A LOT NOW I HAVE TO CRY IN A CORNER!

  • @ComicBookGo THANK YOU!

  • That doesnt sound like bruce lee...

  • @hinduw of course not, that's his son Brandon lee in the beginning.

  • @hinduw well its not him talking.....

  • id wreck bruce lees shit :P kidding

  • Coburn looks awkward as heck.

  • thanx.priceless stuff.thats coburn????i heard bruce almost hit him once when JC got sick of bruces singing while on roadtrip

  • check out my big bruce lee bag lol

  • That bag is full of weed, they had a big smoke in the end.

  • so ripped

  • Hey, I have this on tape from way back. Who's the tall white dude? He's embarassing.

  • @seblasian james coburn if im not wrong

  • @seblasian give him a break everyone's gotta start somewhere, and it's only his kicks that werent that great, his punches were excellent

  • @guitarfetish342 Your right. He didnt punch in this video though.

  • Is this from a documentary? What's it called?

  • @TheTheNewBoyz lmao

  • @TheTheNewBoyz haha

  • @TheTheNewBoyz Thats because your Brainz are Totally Microwaved, Fried, & Completely Burnt Out!!!

  • oh my dear god that bag is so huge

  • doesnt that white guy become an extra good fighter?

  • It's James Coburn, open your eyes. Look how tall he is.

  • For those interested, this is from one of the Walt Missingham dvd's on Jeet Kune Do. The man you all are talking about kicking the bags is James Coburn, not Bob Wall, not fuckin Chuck Norris.

I believe this footage was taken from James Coburn's tapes that Bruce had made for him in their training sessions to watch later on.

This is a good vid, there aren't many actual good vids here on youtube when it comes to this kind of stuff, there is so much shit and negativity on BL here its unreal.

  • no its coburn,

and if the sound wasent so bad this would be an awsome video.

  • thats fuckin chuck norris

  • @jasmith17 Thats Bob Wall aka Oharra from Enter the Dragon. That guy was one of Bruce Lee's best friends

  • This is either from the 1977 documentary "The Life and Legend of Bruce Lee" or "Curse of the Dragon"...either way that's the actor James Coburn who was in both.
