God ... enough fellas - ENOUGH. Ya' know - I can't help but go to some of these and exclaim the same thing - and that's THIS: It's a MOVIE!! In case any of you dunder-heads hadn't noticed - Star Wars was not REAL. Further these kinds of mistakes are in all films and tv shows ALL THE TIME ... it's the reason why they have what' called a "continuity" member of the film crew - but guess what? That person happens to be HUMAN TOO!! Lord - you guys got too much time on your hands.

I remember watching the American Grafitti specil features where the actors would describe how George Lucas would keep filming the same scene over and over until somebody made a small mistake. It was supposed to give a sense of realism. I bet George Lucas saw that stormtropper hit his head on the door and was estatic about keeping it in the movie.

All the stormtroopers bumping their heads makes sense when we see Jango Fett (in Ep. II) bump his head as he enters his ship and the door closes (at the end of the Kamino scene).

This makes some sense because Jango is the original clone of all these other clones so this clumsiness could have been passed on into the other clones.

yeah that's it. They made plans back in 1977 to make Jango a clumsy clone when they made Attack of the Clones in 2002 and so thus made one of the stormtroopers hit his head.
