@heyworld1231 u need a USB Flash Drive. Plug it in to ur Xbox, configure it, then move your Profile to ur Flash Drive by going to the Dashboard and going to: Memory > Hard Drive > Gamer Profiles > [Your Gamertag] > Move > Memory Unit (What it calls the Flash Drive) then move your svg file. Go to: Hard Drive > Games > Borderlands > [Character Name], [Level], [Character], [Current Location in the game] and move it.

U also need a program called Modio on ur Comp. Look it up. And look up tuts for it

so i take a memory stick thingy, ram it into my ps3 (specifically where i charge controllers), copy the account into the stick thingy, then ram it into my compute, open it up with willow tree, mod guns and shit, then ram it back into my ps3, and then i.... from here either correct what Ive previously said, and/or continue what Ive said. i think i understand the basics on the computer, i just need to know what i do before and after.

i guess not cuz someone modded a twisted bitch for lvl5 (how i dont know) but i did over 10000 dmg in one shot and it fried my ps3 so i think ill keep with guns that give good dmg but still pack a kick

Easy. Take a unquie or rare weapon like the boom stick or sledge's shotgun and set the quality to 0. This will make sure there is no level requirement and the damage done by the gun nor anyother stat will be changed because the gun can only be reached at 2 different level times.

i got some rare guns like the red destroyer combat rifle but when i transferred it to my soldier it did only 11 damage

the same happened to my crimson death for lvl49 but the only difference is that its still for lvl49 but with 9x9 damage

Yea, after the patch, I can't mod the guns any longer. I tried running under my false .ios xbox and the guns worked, up until the ban hammer smacked me in the balls 10 days later. In any case, I have a few guns that do like 200x3 with x4 elemental. It is a Chimera so it is at random.
