  • go to gasbike.net. they have a phone number on their site to help with tech Qs

  • These gas bikes can really be great but you must take the time to build it right check mine out at my channel MrMsrtube I'll even ride it

  • just start it and try it!

  • Yellow to blue green to black and tape wite to your bike frame

  • Yellow to blue.... green to black

  • crackhamster, did u det it going and tune-up and everything?

  • @mysanitysgone yeah look in the video responses :D its quite the little moped, im thinking about upgrading to an actual motorcycle, one gear gets annoying

  • You forgot to put gas in lol!

  • THE GREEN WIRE IS 4 A 6 VOLT LIGHT

  • the clutch goes on the outside where you can grab it with your fingers to pull it in not push in.

  • Black wire to black wire ,Blue wire to blue wire, Yellow wire with red stripe can got to either black or blue doesn’t matter and green can go to either black or blue doesn’t matter, just not the same wire as the yellow with red stripe. White is your ground, screw it to your bike frame, lot of videos about the wiring, it’s in the instructions.

  • as for the gas your engine has a break in period in which you have to run a certain amount of tanks of gas at a certain ratio , then you swith to a different ratio. Mine is 16:1 for the first 300 miles keep your rpms down and don't run your engine hard, this is the break in period and if you screw it up you could blow your engine. 16:1 refers to the oil to gas ratio 16 oz. of oil to one gallon of gas. you can get a connector for your green ground wire so it will make good contact at your

  • @jakechambers202003 no isnt ration 16:1 for example 16 parts of gas for 1 part of oil, it doesn matter how big the parts are as long as they are equal so for 1 oz oil 16 oz gas

  • Just a thought cops don't like red or blue lights added to anything on the road. other then that cool bike.

  • new york

  • the cops took mine

  • @pottsisback lame dude where are you from?

  • @CrackHamsters I couldn't get my motor going until I moved forward the magneto about 5 degrees - you need to remove key on the shaft to do that. After a few kilometers at reduced power I repositioned the magneto back at factory position with the key and it's working fine.

  • @pottsisback What happened?

  • @pottsisback

why? in most state, anything below 50cc is legal without license

  • Dude just get a scooter why all headaches

  • @suckitgood101 doing it yourself is always more fun, more satisfying at the end... and cheaper to do

  • The rear sprocket is wrong.Looks like the rubber is on the wrong side.

  • Did you get the kit at zoombikekits. com

  • @zoombikekits no i got it from kings motor bikes

  • I do not like the fuel line! They melt, & then fire!! Make damn sure it stays away from heat. wrap it, change it, or put a plate between the heat source. I know, I put out a big fire that consumed a race car w/ a plastic fuel line! Stay safe, nice work!

  • make sure u realy run this bitch in i meant REALY for my kit wich was a 49 cc it takes

500 kms to run the engine in and a maximum runtime of 30 minutes to prevent it from over heating , at the moment im at about 170 km

,once uve run it in cut the baffle pipe half way for a bit more power and noise

  • kinda cool is it done and working?

  • great job,you do not learn unless you ask questions,of course if you ask the wrong people you are worse off than when you started.the only people who never make mistakes are the ones who never do anything, and there are lots of them out there, ignore the idiots.

  • got a video of my new motorized bike with sbp exhaust check it out! its way better

  • dude i just turned 13 and thats what i got but the chain keeps terring up on it.did u have that problem?

  • Just use 95 or lower fuel.

    16:1

16l of fuel to 1l of oil

  • ok i got this same kit and its very easy to do this so listen closely theres 3 wires coming out of the engine block, black blue and white. the black and the blue go to the ignition coil black with black and blue with blue the white goes with the yellow and the green wire gets wedged between the exhaust manifold and the block of the engine then you should be good

  • Makes me wonder... Why are people asking us on here how to mix their gas? Shouldn't they have that in the instruction's that came with the kit? Wonder if they stole it. Cuz even if you bought it off someone, they would tell you what gas it takes.

  • Use 20-1 mix with any two stroke mineral oil ask local garage they'll sort you out with the stuff. hope it goes for you DONT RUN WITHOUT OIL MIXED IN it wil KILL the engine for life. Ive built one my self a year ago when i was 14.

  • I built one from bicycle engines.com i can tell u that to choke it put the lever on the right up. And u need connectors for the wires and crimp them together with crimpers

  • @Chicklover11 Your bike still roll? Engine still good?

  • @FordV8Guy Engine is still great starts up every time runs bueatiful

  • @Chicklover11 Thanks! I'm just paranoid about mine...! Do you run yours full throttle for long period's? I have the Grubee Starfire 80cc/66cc. Runs amazing! I Love it! Goes up hill's way easy, just doesn't like going up hill's in grass!

  • @FordV8Guy I dont go full throttle for a long period of time because it vibrates alot and i dont take my bike in grass because it puts too much strain on the motor.

  • @Chicklover11 Hmm. Cool! Thanks!

  • i need to find a bike like that...i figure a BMX bike would be the best but i cant find one with a wide enough frame....plz help

  • @littleboysez A mountain bike is your best bet with this motor, I think. I may be wrong. Put mine on a twenty year old schwinn mountain bike, one of the first mountain bike's, fits perfect.

  • @littleboysez yea the more i thought about it the more sense a mountain bike seemed to make

  • the white is the ground

  • green goes into the engine domb ass

  • @mvandy9 It's spelt dumbass. Dumbass!

  • i built two of these now and there not hard to do but most of the parts are really cheap and break off all the time for me....with both of the ones i built they lasted like a week then went to hell...idk if i use them to hard or if the motors are cheap....anymore if i start the one up it runs way to fast then its suppose to in idle...and the other one i build did the same thing then the motor blew up....so any suggestions on what to do here?

  • you can mix them as rich as you want...however mine has run GREAT for the last six months with 40:1 mix.

  • green is grounded to the frame and the other wire connects to the white. I just spent the day working in one for a friend and we finally gave up and called the supplier

  • Dude, Where the heck is your instructions??? If you bought it you should have it and also you should be able to call them for help!!! Also you could take to a lawnmower repair shop and get them to tune it up and finish the wiring tighten up ur chain and do something with that clutch thats on a backward position and fine tune carb for less then 40 bucks. Im a girl and i put one together in 2 days. . I grew up with parents that would beat my ass into the ground if i didnt finish what i started!

  • @tracy78028 Tracy, you rock boo. Good idea for him!

  • hey dude you did a great job on the video but like you i also need some help what does the mixing fuel ratio mean like 16:1 or 20:1 .What kind of fuel did you use.Like i mean did you just put in regular gas from the gas station or you have to do something special to the gas first?Thank you any help is appreciated.

  • @FittyPennys yeah i just use regular gas from the gas station and i dont know the ratio of gas to oil but im sure you could find it easily if you Google it

  • @CrackHamsters You have to put mixed gas and oil in that thing or its not lubbed and it will throw a rod

  • you ruined the motor.

  • @CrackHamsters the fuel mix is 16:1 for breaking in the engine the first gallon, and 20:1 for everything after that

  • @CrackHamsters Premix in a one gallon can. Put in 4 ounces of oil to a gallon of gas. Go to walmart or Home Depot and get one of the one shot (tiny little) bottles of 2 cycle oil, that's exactly the right size for a gallon of gas. Once you have used the oil in it you can buy big bottles of oil and just use it like a measuring cup. One full bottle for one tank of gas. They are the tiny little one shot bottles, they're like just over an inch tall.

  • @CrackHamsters Also get a dual pull brake lever. Both the brakes will work off one lever then. Then you don't have to mess with two lever on the left hand side of the handlebars. Go onto e-bay and type in dual pull brake lever. Also you can run bycycle lights off the white wire on the engine. Get 6 volt dynamo/generator light toss the dynamo and connect them straight to the white wire. They will come on when you start the engine

  • @CrackHamsters if its a two stroke then O_O its dead !6:! means 16 parts gas to 1 parts 2 stroke oil... YOUR SUPPOSED TO MIX IT O_O btw im not listining to the vid much so if u say it is a 4 stroke then :P

  • @FittyPennys uhh id check if that is a 2 cycle motor because if you run it with no oil mixed then you will blow the motor

  • @FittyPennys if you don't now the oil/fuel ratio..a good ratio to go with is 32:1 (4 oz. to the gallon)

  • @FittyPennys i brought motor oil and gas and mixed them to ratio of 8 oz of oil to 1 galloon of gas.

  • @FittyPennys when i got my kit you do 16:1 for the first 500 miles then you can go 20:1 thr 25:1 i use 20:1

  • 16;1 an 20:1 is the ratio or gas to 2 stroke oil if you want 16:1 the mix is ... take 4 Liters of gas an mix it with 250 Milliliters or 2 stroke oil ......and for 20:1 mix ,,,,4 Liters of gass to 200 Milliliters or 2 stroke oil..... you can pic up 2 strok oil allmost anwear wear thar sells weed eaters or chain saws like walmart TSC an so on

  • ...MAKE SHER TO NEVER RUN YOUR ENGIN ON STRIGHT GASS IT WILL GIT 4 POINT LOCK UP AN YOU WILL HAVE TO BYE YOUR SELF A NEW ENGIN OIL IS CHEEP LIKE $5 MAKE SHER ITS SAYS 2 STROKE OIL an you will be fine thanks

  • @FittyPennys it means yo have to mix a certain amount of oil in the gas because its a 2 stroke motor

  • @FittyPennys 20:1 means 20 parts gas and 1 part oil so like 20 cups of fuel and 1 cup of oil and mix it all together and just use that

  • @FittyPennys hi you need to poot oil in the gass and it is better if u poot 20:1 ok =)

  • @FittyPennys

16 parts gas 1 part oil!

  • @FittyPennys If it is a 2 cycle motor (like most of those are) you mix it with 2 cycle oil. The ratio numbers (like 16:1) mean that you mix 1 part oil to 16 parts gas, like if you have 16 ounces of gas, you mix 1 ounce of 2 cycle oil in it.

  • @FittyPennys yeah, 16:1 is 4 ounces to a gallon.

  • @liljgoneman no it isn't 16:1 is 8 oz a gallon and 32:1 is 4 oz a gallon...

  • @thinsurface anything you say. burn your shit up however you want. i got 3 of em running and about 37 years on 2 stroke dirtbikes. maybe you oughta do the math genius.

  • @liljgoneman

16/1 is the same as 8oz of oil to 1 gallon of fuel. Dumb Ass.

I have also been working and repairing 2 strokes for 31 years and I own 6 of them. hahahaha.

  • @liljgoneman That would be 32/1 with 4 oz of oil, 16/1 is 8 oz of oil.

  • @FittyPennys that really depends on what kind of engine you have a lot of weedwackers and chainsaws take mixed gas.. and they'll say on them the ratio... i'm doing a weedwacker motor that take straight gas... ... if you're using a kit it should say in the instructions that come with it what you need to use

  • does it have to be a 26" bike.

  • @Master1Samsung um wheels? i dont think it matters but for the frame tubeing the mounts wont fit on it if its to thick

  • @Master1Samsung no i have a good 24 inch since i am 11, this is the name of my bike huffy boys 24" burgundy( really red) cranbrook cruiser on walmart 75 dollars with free $20 e gift card (i sent to myself haha) great deal almost have mine running, tomorrow im fitting the chain and putting the clutch on and getting going! :) hopefully :(

  • Way To Go, kid. Maybe our country does have a future.

  • how much was the lite??

  • Its a steep learning curve Eh? imho YOU DID WELL. these thigns are fun. ( and im 34, and ride these things instead of driving lol

  • A future motorcycle engineer or bonneville landspeed record holder. You go bud. While other kids are sitting on their butts this guy is actually doing something constructive. Trial and error, that's how to learn it the best way. Bet that light looked badass at night.

  • it took you a month!!, i had mine together in 2 days,

  • i was wondering how old you are ,because ive all but lost faith in todays kids then you came along great job .Keep up the good work .Who knows one day we may be driveing a car you built

  • @kringle02 i was like 13 i think im 15 now and have two of these running

  • @kringle02 He bought an engine kit for his bicycle. It comes with a little engine, gas tank, chain and other crap. Easy install. He's not superman.

  • @FordV8Guy your an ideot what have you done

  • @kringle02 Fuck you faggot. I just did the same thing, and it only took me half a day. Why are you faggin out on this kid? Go jackoff somewhere else fucking queer as troll.

  • @kringle02 ohhh Yeeees.....how old are you my sweet succulent child? MMMMMMMMMM.........Everything was so horrible until I met you...mmmmmmm m m m mmm m m mmmm m mmm m mmmmmmmm m m m m m m m mmm yea. .. .. . . . ....

  • @FordV8Guy OMG stop posting stuff up u obviously are doing something like this with his problems and cant figure them out u D.A

  • @kringle02 are you joking? its a motoriesed bike i have build one to were gunna drive a car that he made? that pisses me off

  • So you cant connect the cables that go to the engine and the off switch ? hummm let me ask a friend, he may know. Send me a good quality picture of the cables to connect, leave a message in my profile and I will give you my mail. And by the way thats a really cool bike man.

  • your cluch and every thing is right but the yellow wire is the ground

  • @shawnyboy00 what is the Ground? i'm sorry dont know that

  • @yzx1admin ground is the frame to be blunt that is the easyest way i know to explane it =)

  • Now this is a great video for all the haters to come visit and make fun of! wow what fun that is to make fun of a boy puting together a bike,..you people arent ahamed of yourselves?

  • hahah fucking loser mad loose chain ur clutch lever is on backwards and i dont know why it takes everyone 2- 4 hrs to make it take 20 to 30 mins if that haha losers the only thing that takes soo long is the fitting the sprocket to the back wheel and putting the chain on! fucking losers! this kid is pathetic by the way

  • @rhysizdahkoolest your a fkin idiot and a dumass lier 20 to 30 min is impossible for a dumass like you it takes around 3-4 hours.

  • hey look atleast he is trying to do something with his time besides out stealing or something hell it looks good

  • For all you dumb asses out there, you know who you are. the neg. ones. you should be helping the boy, not make him feel dumb. I did it in 2.5 hours. How fast did it take you? Fucking idiots, you should be shot. Go little man! and don't listen to the dumb asses. Peace!

  • @mixxmilkk you tellem all those people are just punk ass bitches hell im getting my kit and will probly need help with the wires to

  • on the carb there is a little switch on it (choak) flip it to a diferent postion. srry bout spelling. :0

  • One whole mont for one bike seems really long, I built my first in 2 days with alot of chain problems, it all was working the next day.

Anyway, For the wires, the blue and black wires go from the CDI coil box to the blue and black on the engine. The white wire goes to one of the kill switch wires, the other wire being attached to ground.

your clutch arm is WAY to far out, it should be parallel with the engine covers, you do this by tightining the cable.

The light is a neat idea, though!

  • @BlankBox7

I had the same problems with the chain!!!

  • Hey, your clutch lever is backwards dumbass

  • @abeemanator hey abee, you're a douchebag. dumbass.

  • @liljgoneman You are right I did say it in a mean way. What I should have said was, why dont you have both the clutch and brake, one under another, with the lever on backwards and the force it takes to depress the clutch, he will have a sore thumb real qucik

  • @liljgoneman You are right I did say it in a mean way. What I should have said was, why dont you have both the clutch and brake, one under another, with the lever on backwards and the force it takes to depress the clutch, he will have a sore thumb real quick

  • meh I know alot more now

  • @MotorMan20091 your the fuccking loser he was only 13 at the time give him a fricken break

  • fag you suck

  • just connect the 2 wires from engine 2 th coil and it will run but if u want lights thats another story.

  • if you have a water bottle hole clean it off so you see steel use the nut to ground it out i have one and rebuilding it videos soon to come

  • are you doing this in your living room?

  • i mean and that looks fine

  • oh and nothing looks roung i build these at work ant that like fine

  • yellow to blue

    green to black wire

  • TIP: when u connect ur ground wire make sure its not on paint otherwise it wont work

  • the wires is for the kill switch it will work fine mine is a lil diffrent i dont have green wire like that but hope u enjoy love mine

  • Dude just try to turn it on!

  • lol your funny dude =] when you install the blue light and right when your going to get off your driveway curb its gonna break =] so dont do that

  • lol, im doin' it homestyle, takin an old weed eater and trying to weld brackets and such to fit a cheap bmx wannabe bike

  • you should also use the other filter that came with the kit or get another one just in case anything gets pas the primary those tanks aren't that great.

  • maybe you should try to ride it?

  • u set your sprocket wrong rubber piece suppose to be behind the sprocket one behind sprocket and one behind the spokes so you don't bend the rim.

  • u had the fueld on and then went off then on againwhen the switch is with tube its on and then wen its againtst the tube its off

  • i have a schwinn stingray chopper bike with a custom exhaust i made, and i actually welded the plate to the bike to mount it, then i had to drill the rim to mount the sprocket, and my chain has broke twice and ive had to mend it w/o the master link. plus im thinking about buying a 36t sprockrt, new chain, speedometer, and generator w/ front and rear light from this place online so i kinda no how hard these things are to build. by the way im 13yrs old and ive built it on my own, and im american.

  • I installed a 4 hp briggs to my bike when i was 9 it wasnt that hard plus i had 2 rebuild the engine 1 year later and change the piston rings & crank bearings

  • the blue and black from the engine connect to the other same colored wires and the white wire from the engine connects to that spare wire coming from the kill switch, and by the way that ground wire connects to the bike by itself.

  • bro mine too me 1 hour to build it

  • you may want to change the bolts that are on the engine with m6 size bolts metric as the ones that cam with it are not good.

  • how much was the light and does it work off batteries

  • yes it works off a 12 volt, was hard to find, and i think it was like 10 bucks

  • You ca run a set of lights off the engine. I made one of these using a Schwin Beach Cruiser. I ordered a set of dynao/generator lights off ebay for $20 and hooked them to the white wire from the engine. Works great. as soon as the engine is one the lights came on. It kept blowing the rear bulb though so then I got a single wire red side marker light from pepboys for $2.50 and hooked that up, much better. Lights work great and bike runs great.

  • Ps you can get a Dual Pull brake lever. Both the cables for front and rear brakes go to the one lever. When you pull it it does both brakes at the same time. That way you only have the clutch lever on the left instead of having to juggle between two levers. They are on ebay for around $10

  • cool I just finished my build and im on the process of breaking the engine and also u can hook the yellow to white and ground the black on the heat shield with the screw and your kill swtich should work

  • connect the kill-switch to the "blue/yellow to blue wire", and "Black to Black)

and you can add a head light or tail light onto your bike by connecting the 6 volt, 5w-10w bulb with white and blue color wires

  • I just bought one of these bike engines. I am looking to hookup some lights to the electrical output on the engine. Does anyone know how many volts the engine generates?

  • "hay"!!, There will be three whires coming out of the coil one goes to the spark plug, one goes to ground on the engine , the last goes to one wire on one one of the wires at the cut off switch. The other wire coming out of the cut off switch goes to ground.

  • you have to hit the muffler in the curve side to bend it more in so there's no contact with the pedal, but be careful u don't hit it too hard or u'll bend it to much. put the muffler on2 blocks of wood side to side and hit it with a hammer in the curve

  • we just installed ours today its pretty cool

  • Hello, hook the yellow wire from the kill switch to your blue and your green wire from the kill switch to any good ground. The white wire will work cheap 'friction generator' (rubs rear wheel) lights also. I've built a Harley from scratch and the kit I used DROVE ME CRAZY, then I found out the bikes pedals hit the motor when I tried to ride it. Looks like you did an excellent job. The people at zoombicycles have a lot of cool stuff that's fair priced also. Don't you just love cheap Chinese krap!

  • yeah its just my budget i build a second one thats alot better its got a generator kit actually a friction wheel on the back wheel but it might break idk

  • IMA MAKIN new one!!!!

  • hey i wave made 3 of these if u still need help send me a message

  • if you still dont have it working, send me a messages, ill show you how to do it with out using a screw

  • use el wire instead of the lamp its wire that lights up when you run electristy google it and you find a bike kit goodluck

  • dude wats dat LED light called?

  • Try to use less as posible your kill switch. Also put silicone where the wire going in to the engine, water get in and burn the magneto.I have two burn out one by water and order by kill switch.Use choke or lower adle to stall it.Buy my motor kit fo zoombicycle

  • yeah on my kill switch every time i use it i have un wire it and rewire it to get it to start so i just idle it out my throttle is dead now the plastic inside broke so i super glued it back in but ill need to find a new one soon

  • Make sure you use your muffler support bracket because 'it will break' without it! Careful of heat it gets hot.

  • it doesnt fit between my bike frame and the muffler tho...if im using it right

  • nooooo there are 3 wires comming out of the engine ignor the white one conect the 2 same colored wires to the selinoid/coil and the 2 wires that come off the kill switch put 1 on each wire that goes to the selinoid/coil and when you get the motor running touch the white wire

  • The paper on the side of your engine(off road only)

  • oh ok idk if its on the new engine but thanks

  • ps,remouve your tag off read only.Great built.

  • remove my what?

  • hey kid everything should work out i grounded my wire were the carberator and the manifold is it works fine what do i ask for wen i go to wal mart i wanna get the light =]

  • ummmm... i don't know it was in like the car accessories section i got new lights on my bike now tho ill make a vid

  • i hate my shit bike almost all my motor mounts broke one even snaped and then i had to tap it out all this bikes doing is pissing me off!!!

  • i love mine got it to work and now i can really book it my parents are afraid tho and i have to be 16 to drive it :(

  • it is pedal assist so there is no min. age.

  • really are you sure can u like send me a link or something i live in Oregon and i have to show my mom cause she wont believe me

  • Ill help by the way whats your mom look like

  • twoo dam good for you

  • how about you try to start it and if it doesnt work you fix it. and if you cant figure out whats wrong... your a dumb ass

  • how about u shut euuup
