she went to kill Budd but then he shot her in the chest with a shotgun and buried her. she then broke out and went to kill budd but he was killed my a black mamba snake put in a suitcase by elle. then she went to walk out and this whole scene happened. jeez didn't you guys watch the movie lol

No-one was sent. The bride wanted to kill Elle out of pure revenge, not because someone instructed her too. Plus, Elle thought the bride was dead, so that rules out the posibility that Elle was sent to kill the bride.
