  • What year is that from?

  • @ruggedslim2424 I assume you mean the toy and not the video? The toy was made in the 90's. Not sure specifically when.

  • looks older, it's a childs toy much like the playskool one, I picked it up at a thrift store for the usual $2, you'll be the first to know when I post a video.

  • I found a radio shack keyboard the other day that is quite similar, I'm currently bending it. I found four different body contacts that sound glorious.

  • cool - is it a modern keyboard or older? hope you can post a video once it's all done.

  • I bent the very same thing, it was my first bend, not quite as awesome as yours, but I did make a nice distortion button with pitch variable that sounds sick when plugged into an amp.

  • cool - thanks! this one does distort really well. there's a lot in there to bend, for sure.

  • I need this device.

  • ah, well it's quite a simple thing, and the keyboard itself is quite easy to find, I believe.

  • seeing your circuit bending videos is getting me interested in circuit bending myself. where can i find the switches and buttons for it? i have a few old toys which could use some tricking out.

  • Any Radio Shack has all the things you'd need to start. There are a few good places online to order parts as well, but Radio Shack is probably the easiest place to start. There are a lot of guides online to starting bending. Good luck!

  • thx, are there any switches that i can just remove from other electronics?

  • Sure, they're all the same. DP/DS switches and NO or NC buttons should work the same no matter where you pull them from. Just rewire into the bends where you find them, and it should be fine.

  • thx, i'll really have fun with this.

  • Good luck. Be sure to only bend battery-operated toys.

  • yeah, of course. my dad's an electrician so I'll definitely stay away from plug-in electronics

  • another cool bend of this thing.

  • Many thanks!

  • I had a couple of versions of this thing.

    Nothing as FRESH as this.

I named mine the SLEEK9NR ZEODARX.

I will send snippet of my latest..

  • cool - put it up! I'm sure you can achieve the same freshness that I have attained.

  • aaaaaah greta bends i had this one but it just stopped working, the problem i had was when i bent it closign it again because all the wires were in the wasy and was a righ tlittle devil to fix back together

  • i love you , you genius!

  • Oh, well right back at ya, friend. Cheers.

  • i just started bending mine today seeing how the other two projects both kinda died lol. this thing has sooooo many amazing sounds to it

  • Yeah, there are a lot of different things to mess with on this one. There's another great example of this toy on Youtube if you haven't seen it.

  • lol keys are a bit small eh ;) i think its broken :P hehe

  • was soll denn die scheisse?

  • it's circuit bent shit. thanks!

  • gorgeous
