This by far, is the dumbest death scene in the game. Why? Let me explain. Any other character, in the animated show, or in this game, if they are successfully attacked by an infector, they turn into a necromorph, on the other hand Isaac, just gets his head decapitated, what were the developers thinking? If the death scene made it to where Isaac got infected and turned into a necromorph, walking around as one of the infected, with parts of his suit still on woulda been freakin sweet!!!

when i first encounterd the 'infector'(was in the morgue of all places), and thought that i seen two necros fighting each other from behind that glass room. then i realized after replaying it, that the infector was 'injecting' the dead body with its probe and like a good puppet master, he then 'reanimates' that poor , dead, soul to come back and make your life more miserable.
