Concentrate on high set and quick 180 snap of your hips the more square they are the easier it is to snap tight into the double arab. Yeah I had knee surgery and havent tumbled in forever so ive been not too much tumbling but getting better at all the other events ha. anyhow keep working hard putting up videos i want to see you rock this on the 40X40
If you look closely in the slowmo version your arms cut around the side by your shoulders making you twist earlier ... If you set harder and bring your arms up and around the top more you'll be able to get into your front tucks alot more tighter , so A.) you'll rotate quicker and B.) You'll get a helluva lot higher.
I want to learn how to do that so bad!
