  • Pretty damn good for forty years on!!! Keep rockin boys!

  • I love the harmony they have together!

  • this is performance was awesome what fool disliked

  • @ThePass1967 THE MAN

  • I love this performance they sound amazing! But can't help thinking they've got auto-tune on the vocals... Anyone els think the vocals sound a bit mechanical?

  • @eisiekmusik no theyre just the definition of real talent

  • @ThePass1967 Mate I am a massive fan of there music, i know they are real talent... But whoever mixed this put auto-tune on a handfull of acts including Simon and Garfunkel... I'd rather hear them without...

  • Woodstock is a Joni Mitchell song not a David Crosby one @catanlorca

  • they can still play ..cant they

  • Grande emozione grande mi ritornano in mente i vecchi tempi , piu`si invecchia come il buon vino e piu`si migliora SUPER SUPER by chiosco5vie/Switzerland

  • i was there. and it was, is, and will always be the pinnacle of my life.

  • Why do all these great acts hit the international market! COME BACK TO THE US CSN! I'M YET TO SEE YOU GUYS IN CONCERT! This is a great version of this song :)

  • NOTHING BUT . . . . . . NICEEEEEEEEEEEE

  • vintage rock &roll out cold

  • STILL THE BEST!!!!! GREAT MUSIC.THANKS.

  • This is legit. I'm 15...these guys are BEAST!!!

  • Yarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr what energy ,,hope i sound like that when im nearly 70,rock on man

  • Better than I thought it would be at this juncture. It looks as if Steve is actually trying.

  • These guys influenced a generation. Bands of today - Fleet Foxes, Band of Horses et al - owe these guys a major debt, and I'd say would find it hard to compete. This was excellent. thanks for posting :)

  • This is way better than they were in the mid 70s!

  • this is the best group that we need to hear more of. i love the old rock.

  • Stephen Stills doesn't sound the same...sorry. He doesn't need to SCREAM!

  • Not too shabby for seventy years old! Awesome harmonies

  • DAMN!!!!!!!!!

  • God, I love David Crosby!

  • Stills should have been registered as starship cargo long time ago

  • Stephen's voice was surprisingly in good form here. I love his voice more than the other two, but years of hard living have obviously taken their toll on him (as well as significant hearing loss). I hope he's happy and healthy.

  • Three voices born to sing together ... thanks for posting

  • james taylor - woodstock

  • Dont get better than that....love seeing these greats anytime they come around.money well spent..........

  • Amazing to see Wilfred Brimley and Kevin Spacey perform on the same stage!

  • We are stardust, we are golden.....

Woodstock.....a Joni Mitchell classic. One of many. Thank you Joni for your fantanstic songs.

  • @catanlorca actually this music is from David Crosby. Joni Mitchel recorded when he produced her album after he left The Byrds.

  • Jumpin' Graham Nash... it's a gas! *S* See 1:12 on. Cute as a button, he's English, you know.

  • Pick it, Stephen!!

  • love this song...I feel like I'm 20 again. CSN rocks!!

  • not too shabby considering steve is nearly completely deaf. well done men.

  • Awesome video! When I hear CSN a button turns on inside my head and I in few seconds have 20 years old again !! All you know that CSN was a huge loudspeacker of the political conscience of a entire generation. Thanks for posting, cheers from Brazil!!

  • @GuyTooShy

    ...Don't be foolish

  • @tomorocko - "For What It's Worth" was a 1960s anthem, a signal for youth everywhere to look at how their country was being run and what it was doing to them and the rest of the world. Now it's about how meat is prepared for market by the Schneiders meat company. Fuck Stephen Stills, that money-hungry bastard.

  • @GuyTooShy It's his song to do what he wants with....but I kind of agree with you. How many times has CCR's Fortunate Son and Springtien's Born in the USA been used in commercials to pump up some sort of commercial bullshit?

  • @GuyTooShy He wrote the damn song dude, it wouldn't fuckin' exist if it weren't for that bastard.

  • He plays the shit out of the Strat :D

  • Excellent harmonies still after all these years

  • love that old beat up fender strat

  • Um...that would be because all the people who know what decent music is, watch these videos rather than the little whiner's. Also, he is universally hated by these same people, because Beiber and such have destroyed the music industry. Thats why.

  • Great version! Singing is very tuned and Stills builds rocket fire with his guitar work!!!

  • This makes me want to grow my hair long like it used to be. Hell I retired and could give a shitless. Too bad I'm dying.

  • Over the years I heard them live several times. Often their difficult harmonies did not work, and they were off key and even sour, though I still appreciated them for their history and contributions. But I had almost come to the conclusion that only their studio recordings could allow them to get the harmonies right and to play in a way that was tight and near perfect. I was clearly wrong. This version, done live in front of a huge crowd, is simply incredible.

  • Justin Beiber's parents must have lived like the Wild Thornberrys for 30 years.

  • @StrahaoftheRace why does fucking justin bieber has to be mentioned in the comments of almost every good fucking video that i watch??!!

  • LOVE THIS@

  • yessssssssssss love it

  • Autotunestock

  • This is an awesome live performance! They still have it, not like that was a secret!

  • rock ´n roll for ever

  • The Baby belongs in the middle and he is still so handsome See him close up sometime you will be amazed how blue his eyes are WOW Fine aged wine has nothing on Mr. Stills

  • Stills looks so normal, like he could be the cable guy or something. Such a voice.

  • WOOT WOOT WOOT - Love dat chyt!!!

  • Like a bunch of dads dancing at a wedding they weren't even invited to.

  • Steven's STILL GOT IT !!!

  • @ChocolateRain68

I'm only 21 years old and I was brought up on this MUSIC from an early age, THIS IS REAL MUSIC !!!

  • merveilleux admiration grandiose a 60 ans je revie!!!!!!!!!!

surtout david ne te coupe pas les cheveux!!!

  • merveilleux admiration grandiose a 60 ans je revie!!!!!!!!!!

  • and ..... 40 years later we can still enjoy the harmony of their voices! Don't you think this is great!

  • makes you wanna stand up and sing along....

  • EXCELLENT

  • @ DanOblacksmith. they still sound better at this age than any of the new bands coming out now a days

  • @DanOblacksmith hi, are you feedin the ducks with your grandchildren? good for you, keep up. Its nice when others do that and also have fun on stage...

  • Amazing!

  • Amazingly cool. This was my favorite act of the whole damn show.

  • Wish to get old like them.

It was probably one of good days in my life when I listened to their music everyday.

Thanks to the one who load these videos up.

  • Stephen The Voice Stills still kickin ass...Love it.

  • I don't think British people should say the word "party." I have nothing against British people, I just think they should leave it to the Americans.

  • WOWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!

  • Fantastic performance and great job with this recording, it's awesome. Waw isn't Stephen in fabulous form still.

  • *****

  • Dude, Crosby Stills and Nash should have played at the Super Bowl instead of the Black Eyed Peas. They could've have saved it.

  • They are still amazing because rock is in their blood

    good on you mates

  • Stills = AMAZING !!!!!!!...........still !!!!!!

  • Before seeing them a few years ago, I was not sure what to expect. A bunch of has-beens? Fact is, they blew me away-they are better now than they ever have been. At one time they were one of the biggest bands in rock n' roll. Still are, in my mind. Rock on, gentlemen, your songs are still magic. They even sang "Almost Cut My Hair"-an anthem from my youth when we had to wear short-hair wigs to work at Safeway.

  • Rock ON and ON and ON and ON and ON and ......

  • @#%$ yeah!

  • 'I don't know who I am..but life's for learnin'

  • this blows away every young band i see these days...the young bands songs suck balls and are forgettable...the young bands play with zero -passion....

this is a great clip and these guys should go to an island and just write some songs and then record them the old way..no computers..no studio musicians..use the drummer they have here..he is great...plays like they did back in the day and have steven play bass, hammond and all guitars...

  • nice...thank u!

  • Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • They still got it.

  • Seeing this great performance makes me devastated for not having heard about these guys before. Awesome stuff!

  • Rock on! One of the Greatest Bands of All Time and they can still Jam, so much feeling, so much heart.

  • does the heart good to see the boys kickin ass and taking names!

    Song by Joni

  • how can you not love, respect and cheer for these guys...long live rock and roll!!

  • u know i've always been more of a neil young fan myself, but shit, steven really tears it up, gotta give him credit. he can still jam out like a mfkr, gotta love CSNY.

  • @astrofunkyness agreed my friend

  • Some opening act that night... :)

  • WELCOME TO THE PARTY!!! Yeah!!!! As in te '60s & '70s...

And Croz just looks like a peaceful old cat!!!

    Blessings for you all!!!

  • Bless them all... thank for guys.

  • At 2:35 Crosby has that look as if he's saying, Dam, that MFer can still play!!!!

  • CSN Rocks, CSN is forever, CSN is the best!!

  • go stevie! KICK ASS MAN!

  • The guys kick ass here! Real strong performance by Stephen!

  • i feel like a cog in something turning

  • Steven's still got it!

  • I think Mike Finnigan is out with his 'solo'-ish project.

  • Comment removed

  • I want Stephen Stills to be my husband.

  • ......right on Brothers 'n Sisters

  • Anyone know why Finnigan hasn't been with them for the past couple of tours?

  • Stills is CSN!!!!!!!!!!

  • Beautiful. If I'd go back in time I would go to this concert.

  • Stephen ROCKS!!!!!!!!!! He has a AMAZING voice and is and AMAZING guitarist.

CSN can still tear it up, Greatest rock band ever.

LONG LIVE CROSBY, STILLS, AND NASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I was convinced that the studio version from Deja Vu was perfect - I mean perfect. I thought a live version would only dent my appreciation of the original.

How wrong was I? No adjective could justifyingly describe how great this is.

  • The Greatest!

  • How can those harmonies be so perfect after all of these years. The pinnacle of perfection.

  • whoa, this is a rockin´ version. I didn´t know that they were still that good live..

Stills rocks and seems to have fun...that´s great..

  • I saw these guys perform this song two days ago. They're as great as ever.

  • That is rock 'n' roll!!!!

  • @Antoinejimi very very very ok by billy from italy

  • st. stephen 2:10 and 3:55 "go forth and rip them frets !"

You know what guy iam talking about lol

  • Perfect ;D

  • Thanks Joni

  • 100 Percent Badass !

  • not even old age can slow these boys down!

  • Just saw them 6/6/2010 @ Ironstone Vineyard and they brought down the house! As long as they can tour, I'm so there!!!! I'll be rockin' with these guys when I'm in my 90's!!! I love you guys!!!

  • well, they've finally pitch-corrected Stephen... he was singing consistently flat with his hearing loss issues and the rumor is he had a stroke or brain-related problem that caused his speech impediment, so this is probably one of those very few cases where I would say it is appropriate to help him out, but Crosby & Nash I don't think need the help (yet). Still, fun to watch these guys and close your eyes and think about the amazing work they've done.

  • holy shit...KILLER...better then ever...i am amazed....

  • Amazing still after 40 year!God's of folk rock!rock out w/ ur cock out!!!

  • BILLION year old carbon.

  • smokin'.....................

  • Long live the masters of the universe, can't wait until the Royal Albert Hall in July see you there guys!!

  • Repeat after me: C S N Rock!!!!

  • Love these guys! David Crosby looks like the old man in the Seinfeld "records" episode.

  • Great great great great great great great great great great great great great

  • Stephen Stills always got his chops in guitar. I'm glad that he got his voice back after all these years. He is still my hero. Bring back the good old days of Woodstock era.

  • Such a great song. Steven Stills is a kickass guitarist.

  • wow they are better than ever

  • A bunch of old guys that still sound great.

  • gives me goosebumps

  • Steven rips it up

  • Yes..yes. Great clip. It also didn't hurt with Crosby's son, James Raymond, adding to the mix. They DO have fun.

  • I know I'm about to sound dumb but what does he play?

  • My God, I had just about given up on a flawless perfromance from these cats until I saw this clip..

  • GOOOOOOOOD awesome vid this was the best of te whole concert!

  • Wow, Stills is pushing 70, & he sounds better than he did 40 years ago.

  • @campoobutt

stills is 64 nash is 68

  • @campoobutt I wouldn't say 40, but definitely 20 years ago.

  • I have a '57 Strat that looks just like Stills'.

  • So do I. I love the maple neck

  • well i dare say nice cavey atmosphere

  • This is a perfect illustration of how classic rock should sound and be played, and by the original front line dudes no less! That's Joe Vitale on the drums by the way, not Dallas Taylor. Joe did a fantastic job throughout everyone's performances that night. A smooth, solid diverse drummer can make a HUGE impact on the sound quality of music. Just listen to the detail of his chops and feel the bass. Anything but boring. Nice job!

  • @Markhirsh

"million year old Carbon" and this way makes it easier to sing without a bunch of back-up singers

  • @Frankendan426 Off by a factor of 1000; it's "billion year old carbon". In Joni's original version, that line and "caught up in the devil's bargain" are only sung in the final chorus.

  • CSN are a notorious live band, they chop, change and add lyrics depending on how they feel when they play.

  • @Markhirsh the lyric is "million year old carbon" :)

  • @Markhirsh it's "million year old carbon".

  • Steven Stills can still rock!

  • @mevande His name is still Stephen. And yes, he still rocks!

  • @mevande his name's still stephen!

  • Awesome! I've seen them live so many times and this is only the 3rd time I've seen them do this song!

  • Quote wiki: "Crosby, Stills & Nash are a folk rock supergroup made up of David Crosby, Stephen Stills and Graham Nash (..) They are noted for their intricate vocal harmonies, often tumultuous interpersonal relationships, political activism, and lasting influence on music and culture. With Graham Nash's 2010 induction as a member of the Hollies, all four members of CSNY have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice.

  • these guys are so good! i saw this concert on TV and it was amazing! i never heard about them, but now i know them...!

  • Southern Cross is classic

  • Great song, didn't hear of those guys neither before.

I wonder what brand the guitar for the right guy is from, the red Strato Caster model.

  • YES YES YES

    Thanks
