Focus on low reps high weight exercises to really put stress on your muscles so they gain bulk. Also, eat a lot of protein and foods high in caloric content like peanut butter to build mass. You can also eat mass gainer supplements to increase size which work well along with lifting.
Just don't resort to steroids man. It's a cheap way to gain size and will hurt you in the long run. Especially you since you're so young and your body is still growing. Stay natural. Peace.
so what i am getting from you is that no federation should even try to drug test. that only drug filled federations set up meets. instead of trying to make maybe give people maybe some chance of competition in a clean and fair enviorment, just tell everyone to start using dangerous drugs as soon as you can buy them if you wish to compete in powerlifting
maybe you can not test for everything, but this is better than nothing. but i guess if it was up to u, i guess we should not even try.
nope. I did not say "no federation should even try to drug test. " I was just implying that not everything is testable. Of course testing should be done, only a few people can really afford HGH in the first place. Saying that no federation is to drug test is like saying every sport should stop drug testing. Drug testing is fundamental to any league and should be done 100%. HGH is not known to increase strength anyways, so I doubt it would help power lifters. So obviously it is important to test.
glad to hear more and that you are for testing. but you have to be careful how you state things. the way i read it, it made me feel as if you were saying why even try if people can still cheat the system. however, i am very happy to see that you are for drug testing. and trust me, i to believe that there are those who may use HGH and other things that can be used like insulin that can not be tested without an expensive blood dopping test, but thats life sometimes
Tuan, i finally figured out that it isn't my lifting...it's my genetics that has given me what i have in lifting. My dad...at 59 years of age can still squat 460lb...im a hundred below that...yeah, my mom gave me turd-burgling hips : ( hahaha, ill leave the 400's and 500's to you guys with better knees and joints, lift ON!!!!!
Tuan, I have a question. I understand you powerlift for muscle, but how do you get your mass on your biceps, and other muscle groups that don't usually get hit directly in powerlifting routines?
awesome, im in the apf moving soon to wpc

Dumb idea, chances are you won't gain much due to your poor diet. Try eating properly, 8 times a day, high protein high carbs medium low good fats.

you know that HGH is not testable?
I am not saying that he takes it, but just because a league tests doesnt mean everyone is drug free.
