If that's a red dragon it is definately not getting enough sun, because it is green. They need to be grown outside even in the winter, because they need dormancy to restore their energy for the following summer, otherwise they die.
actually flourescent light bulbs are all you need. they will not "cook" your plant like those dam grow lights. i know this because i once had a nepenthes under them and it killed it! those grow lights will seriously kill it fast, and also, only flourescent lights have wave lengths capable of being used as photosynthesis in plants
They'll winter over just fine pretty much from the Carolina's on south. They'll handle the cold weather and even freezes MUCH better than they will low light.

you shouldnt feed it a beetle, only soft bodies insects. it's not getting enough sun either hence it being green

winter i n florida is really weak so it's easy to take care oif em in dormacy i got 9 in perfect shape in winter right now.
