I heard this song for the first time last week and had no idea who sangthis song. I searched most of yesterday to find the artist and low and behold it was one of my favorites. Jimmy Needham. I really do love this song. This should be our testimony to a dying world.

Think about the soda can, if i were to say that millions of years ago a brown bubbly liquid came up from the rock , and then after millions of years Aluminum formed around the liquid into the shape of a can, and then paint fell from the sky and some how formed the words "no caffeine" on the side. You'd say i was crazy, right? We know the soda can had to have a maker, right? it doesn't just exist. The earth is the same way, i look around and see that it had to have a maker.
God isn't a Dictator. He created satan and evil, so that we can have another option to choose. And it's not "love me or go to hell", it's just the result of the other option. You can have fun here on earth and enjoy your time, lead your own life, be your king, but then these actions will lead to you to hell for eternity.

As a former christian who has visited multiple churches I'm more than aware that most christians don't even know what they're worshipping and to make it worse they'll try to push their own unstable beliefs on anyone that comes along and don't know how to take no for an answer. All I can do is try to love people the way God asks me to. Will I tell them why I love them? Of course. Christ has redeemed me and loves me, and that is certainly worth sharing. This song... you people going back and forth.. listen to it!! Ultimately God loves you all reguardless. In the end the LOVE he has for us is beyond anything you can imagine. Loving Him and Surrendering to Him has been the best choice I've ever made. He gave us the free will to CHOOSE Him. He has already chosen us. We just have to make the choice now for ourselves. All I can do is try to love people the way God asks me to. Will I tell them why I love them? Of course. Christ has redeemed me and loves me, and that is certainly worth sharing. But shoving concepts down someones throat isn't going to do anything. Relationship with someone so they can see Christ through you is the most effective evangelism. @LeeAshen itts not so much as "love me or go to hell" as hell is where we all should be because of our sins, but being a merciful god he not only will set us free of our punishment but he will give us grace and reward us for awknowledging our maker as our lord and savior. That is a pretty small price for eternal love and salvation. Further more, if you dont believe in God i would think you would not believe in hell.

@LeeAshenNow I could come to you with a million theries to prove to you that God exists, but I have found out from prievouse experiance that that will never work. So instead I am going to put the thruth in front of you and see what you make of it. The problem is that it is black or white, never grey. If you are not on Gods side, the side you were made for, you are opposing God, therefore you are on the devils side. If you are on the devils side, you end up living where the devil lives, HELL.

@LeeAshen all i know is God loves you though you're an atheist. for it's written that God loves us when we were yet sinners. that's why He gave His only begotten Son so whomever believe in Him shan't perish but has eternal life. what God's been trying to do is to save us from the mess we make. we make all these mess and we blame them on God. but God does and still loves us.He just waits and wants you to come home.no rest for wicked.but in matt 11:28, God calls everyone to come and rest in Him
