Having recently realized that I am an Atheist (and kicking myself that I should have really listened to John Lennon all of these years) I rely on this and "Imagine" to get me through the day. When going to pay my respects at a funeral home for the 1st time as an Atheist, I knelt before the casket, closed my eyes, bowed my head and sang this song in my head. It was the most spiritual I'd ever felt in paying my respects. I miss John so much it hurts: we lost so much when we lost him. Peace.
