I stopped using handcuffs with a release buttom when i became a real policeman

your handcuffing technique is wrong but there isnt a certain way of doing it...you almost have it all right......but you can still keep the cuffs engaged and then when you bump it on their wrist it should go all the way around.....also make sure the key holes are always facing up...good vid other than that
