I tried to post a link for you but the site won't let me send it. So, do a search for breast enhancers. There is a great product made of formed silicone that I think will work for you. They are designed for breasts, but the lager size should work nicely. As woman, I think he bulked up his waistline way too much. Sometimes we are shaped that way, but prefer an hourlglass shape; enhancing the breasts, backside and hips (the outerside at the top of the leg). Good luck!
