Lol, okay, the only thing added in for a track is the instrumental chime and such. I've seen them live, seen others do covers, and even performed one of theirs myself. The reason you see video inaccuracies is they've taken clips from their concerts and meshed them with a single sound track from a concert.

Seriously, if you're just going to complain, see them at MOA or Pantagenes for a concert. They're that good.

Here's the bottom line: just enjoy the music, vocal arrangements, and talented singers. Let It Be without breaking it down or over-analyzing the performance. Accept it as a great performance, without criticism and nitpicking, unless you yourself can perform like that with your friends and brothers?

There are more than 4 parts in this performance. I don't believe we're seeing a lip synching performance. What we're watching here is the Blenders singing along with themselves on the rhythm track that provides the interior parts. It's still them--but four voices can't do all that in one take, not even Darren Rust and the crew.

But have no doubt--what the four are singing is not on the rhythm track. You're getting pure Blenders, blended with the parts they overdub on the recording.

My God.. I'm a musician and I've listen to this over 20 times in a row and it still sends chills over me.. spiritual music.. yea.. I haven't heard it once with my ears.. way deeper than that! However..

there is something FISHY.. look at the .30 second mark.... the guy second from the right is moving his left hand to 'accent' the drum hit.. but when it goes to his closeup of him starting to sing.. his hand hasn't moved!

The CD this is on, "When It Snows" is my absolute favorite Christmas CD, and I have probably 100. I saw them in concert a few years ago, and the sound was amazing. If you ever get a chance to see them, don't miss it! Most of their songs are done a capella, but you don't realize that until you see them live.

They are singing over a track if they are singing at all. The song sounds amazing but this is definitely not a "live" performance. Unless they have a fifth member hidden somewhere lol!

By the way - I listen to a LOT of accapella and vocal jazz, and to date I have never heard a better produced album of this type. Darren and company are masters in the studio. But that doesn't take anything away from their live cabailities - have heard them completely acapella and they really are this good, But there are backing tracks for this DVD - no issues with that.
