we use to catch a lot of menpachi's but don't see to many anymore. the roys are eating all the baby ones. that's why i try to terminate every single roy i see. their screwing up the eco system..

some have an illness called ciguatera and if you eat one, you will get really sick....

@gonaminori Just to piggy back off what you said, Ciguatera isn't necessarily a disease of the fish... it's naturally accumulated in their meat in organs from the toxic animal matter they eat. Yes, it will make you very sick.

Free dive/spearfish Molokai sometimes and the locals get all pissed off They r lazy potheads too lazy to fish themselves but go crazy if someone "takes THEIR fish!"  They trashed a friends boat there. Racist n jealous lowlife. Too bad, nice island....weird n bad people.

i don't have to squeeze my nose to clear my ears. i just do it naturally about 6x on a 40' dive. kind of like fake swallowing. and my old school mask is the best. i actually take a breath through my nose for longer bottom time. sounds crazy but it works....
