Iron palm is no palm strike only, it is named iron palm but you can call it iron hand too! You can use your fist, knife hand, backhand and maybe even your elbow with iron palm you see!

I understand what you're saying, but I believe that iron palm is separate from the other techniques because with the others, you can simply use force to get the job done. With the palm, you're supposed to use a whole body wave-like movement and it's much more difficult to cultivate. Heh, I have a brother named Said.
