I mean, if she didn't want to do the job anymore she had every right to quit, just like many of us..she's human, too dude! I devoted all my teenage life watching "Gilmore Girls" and even though the show ended, I still re-watch most of the seasons. But hey, at least we know now that Lauren Graham can sing :) Beautiful voice :) Her singing in this was much like Dolly Parton. Go Lorelai! Thanks for putting this up, in my faves!

It's not a happy ending after this, it's more heart breaking stuff. D: Lorelei goes to Luke's (I forget why exactly but I think it was to see how he would act) He's in his apartment and Ms. Patty and Babbet(sp?) talk to her about the song and she says it didn't mean anything, right when Luke walks in so he hears it. So he pushes her away and she thinks he doesn't love him... it pisses me off that she had to lie to herself in the first place.

I believe in the same episode Luke got a necklace from his sister for Loralei when he got Rory's graduation gift. He ends up not giving it to her because of the diner incident, but gives Rory's gift to Lorelei and she thinks at first it's for her. Until he says it's for Rory, then you can see her heart breaking... ugg, frustrating. D:<

All this too and throwing sucks, and its all lauren grahams fault, sorry guys but shes i awesome as Lorelai but in an interview she clearly states that she pushed the lorelai and chris thing because she doesn't like the dude that plays luke, so we had to suffer a waste of a season because of her not being able to be a professional.

Also the show stopped because she wasnt getting enough credit for "producing" as well as acting and that she also said that the show wasnt worth it anymore it was to tiring and fans werent giving her enough back.

What a loud of crap, the fans kept this show going and thousands of us are still wanting more, i think she needs to come down off that high horse... or at least be pushed off!!

I live in the UK and we do work experience at 14 whilst at school and i was studying film and media so had the chance to work on a good few shows :) Gilmore girls was so one of the best i worked at.

Im afraid she was, who knows may have been a bad time for her or something and we just read it the wrong way but she was the rudest of the cast, not a good way to make an impression to kids trying to learn.

Basically, Lauren is a really great singer. Her singing here is off simply because she's acting. But I really think she could do well in music.
