There have been rumors that he's gone out with Fukada Kyouko, Katou Rouza and Ueno Juri, but there have never been any evidence that he has gone out with any of them. Which means it can't be A, but B. So it's GOT to be a regular person.
And then the staff laugh about whether or not they met during a Go-kon (airline stewardesses in Japan have a rep for going on matchmaking group dates as seen in Yamato Nadeshiko the j drama)
