I don't know whether to love or hate this phone. I LOVE everything I can do with this phone, all the apps available and the 3G and wifi works great. But this phone decides to freeze and restart itself all on it's own. After the latest update, new problems would occur that were fixed by changing the auto-correct and keyboard settings. Not the best droid out there.

@minicon99 Well, i went through almost 3 Droid 2s. The first had a keyboard defect, so I returned it to get another one. The second one lasted about a year to a year and a half.  However, the Motorola user interface was very laggy and the battery life was not impressive. Also, the second one had ANOTHER keyboard defect. I almost sent it back to get another, but just ended up buying an iPhone and ditching the device completely. It gets the job done, but there are much better phones.

Low battery life is pretty much the norm for most Android phones, not just the Droid. Between my husband and I, we have had several Android phones over the past couple of years and they all had about the same battery life. I currently have the Droid 2 and he has the Samsung Fascinate and they both have pretty equal battery life. Overall, I absolutely love this phone. I just always keep a charger nearby.

Yeah that is quite impressive, if you're using your phone as a paper weight. You must be a very light phone user. In the real world you're only gonna get about 12-16 hours with average usage on the Nexus S at best.

As pleased as I am with the phones performance, unless you are typing very long emails or editing documents, the slide out qwerty keyboard isn't really that necessary I found.. as far as phone keyboards go it is very responsive and easy to use, but with android's multi touch keyboard, swype and voice recognition, inputing text is very easy without it.

Oddly enough the dropped calls was actually the chief complaint for the Iphone 4 which is why Apple had to make a special case to keep your fingers from touching the antenna. For the record, I have nothing against Apple personally (in fact I think the Iphone is bad-ass) but android is no knockoff of iphone. In fact, Android started before Iphone was released in 2007. Was bought by google in 2005.

I love this phone. Just traded in my Droid X for the D2G and so far I'm loving it. The keyboard is much improved and the design of the phone is very solid. I have no complaints thus far. Although I will say this. For those not caring about a physical keyboard, the Droid X is the way to go.

@desfresh23dj it depends wut ur looking for.. the droid incredible is the oldest of the devices and will more than likely be replaced very soon. If u want a full QWERTY keyboard i recommend going with the DROID 2 Global. the processour is clocked at 1.2 ghz and has a decent keyboard. if u dont NEED a keyboard the fascinate is a very good device as its smooth and powerful. it also has a 4 inch super amoled screen which is gorgeous. Dont forget about the iphone 4 coming to verizon as well.
