I just now ran across your boats....will have to go look for your website. For a PRODUCTIVE comment, foregoing that smart elic know-it-all comment a year ago; your boat has a cool look to it, it reminds me of the Seebold Eagle boats that Bill Seebold put out in the late 80's. Hope you are doing well, Lord knows in this day & age, the boat biz is tuff...hell, it was tuff 20 years ago when I was in it!!
Good attempt, but way off on some of the original features. The windshield is truly horrible, back to the drawing board with that one I guess. The interior looks kind of cheap also. Don't give up though, those are minor problems that can be figured out. You're well on your way to recreate a truly classic boat. Just don't stop here!!!
WOW - Those boats look like the biggest pieces of shit! Obviously this company is not going to be around for long....Did you see the "custom" interior....that was some the worst interior design I've ever seen! Not to mention, CHEAP materials! The over all design of the boat is hidious, I truly hope no one purchases one of these pieces of shit!!!
there was actually 2 other speedboat jumps that made one of the biggest a jet boaat jump in Gator (1976) and one in Cop and a Half (1993), both with Burt Reynolds as the driver.
Nice Nice Video. I really loved your video. Youtube can be a great asset for you. If you need any help getting your video exposed, check out this site called tubeviews [dot net] It has really done wonders for me, I have built 3 Channels up with videos at top in position and this is my forth channel i'm going to working on.
The GT 150 was a great looking boat but they can and would get real squirrely at full throttle I never cared for them for that reason. I've always considered that to be one of Glasstrons flops as far as a hull design goes. I have a 72 model V153 Glasstron with a 100 on it. I can get around 55 out of it and it handles very well. I'm thinking about going up to a 125hp on it or maybe a 135hp.
Yor comment on the handling is correct; but only if the following conditions apply: (1), The original boat's maximum horsepower rating (85 h.p.) is exceeded, &/or (2), The boat is being used in water for which it was not intended. It is a lightweight, shallow draft, low profile design intended for calmer waters found in rivers & smaller lakes.
Our design is fully customizable with rougher water stabilization & it has a higher horsepower capacity. Thanks for the comment plm947 !
I prefer the Jetflite 143, but the GT 150 is a close second. I would take either one if anyone wanted to give me one. I really would like to find a nice Jetflite 143.
Its great your keeping a classic alive! I will have to say though it doesn't look right with out the Glastron "Crest" and the Evenrude on the back. Keep up the good work!
You're so right, the coolest boat on the water. I had one back in late 60s and early 70s. Great seats, carpet, deep V wave absorbing technology that was then revolutionary after all the flat bottomed speed boats and self bailing.
Lol Slash, "Responding on my kids here" I sure don't believe adults curse out other adults on the internet over a video. Ignorant adults, or posing teenagers? I'm pretty sure we are not THAT ignorant.

I had a 1975 Glastron Carlson with a 1973 Mercury Outboard 115 hp.
I had to sell it in 2003 after my mom passed away because I kept it
at my parents and no room at my place.bummer.

Love these boats, I had one with a Merc 115 on the back. It was a little bit too scary a full throttle. best ski boat I ever had.

Glastron Carlson. They did all of the boats for the James Bond movies. The toon if from the Bond movie live and let die. Great boat chases.
