Looks like you had fun! That's really all that matters. But yea, as someone else said, improvisation is where it's all at. That way you don't have to speed up or slow down to get to the parts you remember. The latter part of the solo was great by the way.

you reheared too much. just let it fly and you'll do better. writting a solo screw you up in the blues. you had some good ideas in there, but when something went wrong you started thinking about it. if ou mess up, feature it, make it look like you meant it.

i think you nailed it ... either too much, or not enough ... just yesterday i found a better fingering for the lick that started the trainwreck ... i can play it with my eyes closed now where before i was sweating getting between positions ... but yeah, just making the whole performance flow wouldve been a better approach
