  • :') oh...oh!!! belgium! :) i love my country we finnaly did good :)

  • this movie looks like it sucks lol

  • @eddy19922 This is a bad trailer, check the other ones. The film is already a success though; It's getting something like 7.5 / 10 and 3.5 / 5, racked up 270+ million dollars in the box office, it's won some awards and nominated for many more, and there are two sequels are on the as a result. However, you may not like the film regardless. It's worth a rent or even borrow it from a friend.

  • i will never let you money grabbing whore in hollywood to shit on my childhood memories.

go fuck ur mother and come up with something original for once

  • @sphinx129 So you didn't happen to notice it was directed by STEVEN SPEILBERG and produced by PETER JACKSON and the score is by JOHN WILLIAMS?

  • @brickfilmer107 Yes, it's rather fun to rape childhood memories.

  • This film is more fun to look at than it is to actually watch

  • SO many memories!! all those crazy awesome characters!

  • So nice... Bring back lots of memories

  • Tilda Swinton? ;-)

  • @Skunkoon98241 Oh yeah Lisa reads it.

  • YEAH! FUCK AMERICA!

  • @ComicTheUntitled This is a semi-American production.

  • Blistering barnacles!!!!

  • Nice one...good graphics ..good story..and of course old time classic ,watch it in 3D

  • This was so like Uncharted 3 (and yes I know Tintin came before Uncharted)

  • HOLY SPAM!!!

  • what happend to tintin in america, that's the first one!

  • @j0noStrIk3r nah - Tintin in the Land of the Soviets was. One I don't actually own for some reason too.

  • @W857TYWH408576NW0348 wow, i've actually never heard of it before, betta check it out

  • @W857TYWH408576NW0348 very violent and controversial as usual. must break out the old collection again. Epsecially Tintin in tibet!

  • @W857TYWH408576NW0348 It's great, isn't it? :) It really is a part of history.

  • @j0noStrIk3r I think it would raise a few eyebrows if American filmmakers Spielberg and Jackson chose to base the first film on that one.

Plus, considering how Haddock became the most popular character in the comics, I think they felt the need to introduce him right away.

  • jaa

  • Seen it, its not bad

  • LOL we in europe have already seen it. TAKE THAT!

  • @ChocoMocoDiva fuck europe,USA FOREVER!!!

  • @lilbeaveymac ...Go Canada? *waves tiny flag*

Heh, when did this turn into a battle of the continents/countries?

Mind you, as a Canadian of both American and European influence (and while my love extends to them both), I'm giving major points to Europe on this one. :P

  • Comment removed

  • @ChocoMocoDiva lucky bastards!

  • @ether454 You butt-nose Americans always get the good movies two months before we Europeans. It's about bloody time we got our own comeback!

  • Groovy Grace look at his face! So weird!

  • Guys, go to see this! If it does well, we get sequels (which I'm usually opposed to, but I make an exception with this)!

  • i like nickelodeon animated movies i think theyre all really good last one i saw was rango and i thought it was awesome. lol

  • this movie looks mad to be fair

  • 70 people still remember 'Tintin in the Congo'...I thought the other books made up for that...

  • honestly...i have no idea what this is 0_0....but it...looks....EPIC!!!!!

  • tintin :D yayayayayaya!!! dream coming true <3 I LOOOOOVE TINTIN long live hergé!

  • Here's hoping this doesn't turn out like Howard the Duck

  • Why does everyone say that it is a part of the french culture? NO it's part of the BELGIAN culture! Why would it be part of their culture when it has NOTHING to do with France? Please stop these ridiculous discussions and let Belgium be proud for once

  • hope it doesn't ruin the original like all other movies do to theirs

  • ah my childhood ....

  • Looks awesome !

  • lame

  • @Huckxxx NOT AT ALL. I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED TINTIN

  • I thought there was going to be unicorns...

  • I feel that filiming it in english takes a part of tintin's identity away..having read all of the books in french,I always imagined it was going to be in that language.

  • @cyborg0018 i'm so glad it is in english, and besides why should it be done in french for? it's always been in english on screen as far as i can remember

if this was done in french do you really think anyone would turn up to watch it then/ i don't think so unless you either understand french and which in many people case don't or that you'd be french, so lets keep it in english please

  • Steven Spielberg is an awesome director. :3

  • @TheChainsawArtist He was until he got rid of megan fox in transformers, in my opinion that was the most dumbass move he has ever done

but i've always been a fan of his work and this i'm hoping will be good too but that one moment of madness is unfortunately unforgivable at this moment in time

  • @MYBIGKINDHEART

    lmao

  • haha i use to read the comics of tin tin adventures.

  • OMG. It's ANIMATED?? Far out. I didn't realize this was animated till 00:27 or something. MY GOSH, they've gotten good at doing this... DAMN.

  • I have all the Tintin books, this is so exciting, I just hope Captain Haddock is as good as he is in the books

  • Fluffy Unicorn!

  • On the Belgian note, yes, it gets even better if you ever go to Brussels. Go to the main square, the famous one with gold lining it as far as the eye can see then go down one of the corner streets heading towards the Isis Hotel. Halfway down, look left...a store completely devoted to Tintin and Herge. I saw it and literally became weak at the knees, dashing inside and dragging my fiance with me. He found it so amusing how I was gaping at everything, so I bought souvineers. Very Belgian ;)

  • @Musemistress You are so lucky! I envy you now. x(

  • fucking love Tintin, i have all the books!

  • i thought he was going to have beady eyes lol

  • isnt tin tin racist???

  • @uur8 there are a few people who would suggest this... but no, he is not

  • Most people think it's french because it was widely printed in french in america.

  • Just waiting ! ! !

  • Ha jamie Bell as Tintin ;D such a great actor since Billy Elliot nad Jumer, hymm i must see this film :)

  • this is going to be a piece of crap for anyone who read the comics...

  • @chinchenping now now, don't be so negative... i'm a big fan and this trailer is looking very promising!!

Previous trials have failed but I'm pretty sure this is going to be a big hit. Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson together ... they're not going to bring out crap :)

Wait until you see the whole thing before you start bashing it

  • TINTIN IS NOT FRECNH IDIOTS ITS BELGIAN, The premiere is going to BE in Belgium , in Brussels actually and we are very proud to have our history being produced from hollywood!

  • @justafidemyself dude, chill. tintin is belgian but the comic itself has been a big part of french culture as well. you gotta relax lol

  • @justafidemyself why do people thing he's french not saying your wrong and Tintin is french just wondering

  • @soundslikeknee It's belgian

  • @justafidemyself Sry, but the premiere is going to be held in Paris, 'tough Brussels would have the obvious benefit of better chocolate in the goody bags.

  • i am SO gonna watch this :D

  • Why does EVERYONE thinks that Tin Tin is french? It's Belgian people, Belgian.

  • @TheKoekiemonster95 because the character may be belgian but the story and the comic has been a big part of french culcture

  • Nickelodeon's had the best animation I've seen to date. I was just asking a friend the other day, "I wonder when they're going to one-up movies like 'How to Tran Your Dragon' and 'Rango'." Well here ya go. :)

Seriously, though. Holy crap. Only Spielberg's and Jackson's powers combined can we get something this amazing-looking. Can't wait.

  • everyone loves a bit on tintin :P

  • Were is Captain Haddock !!?

  • tin tin = rooney?

  • that gave me shivers all over my body...

    SO excited for this film

  • Few if it was real then it would fail

  • Tin Tin looks like he's 15.... BUT STILL CANT WAIT FOR DECEMBER!!!

  • I heard Robert De Niro is playing the role of Snowy

  • not just part of the french culture. Tintin is HISTORY!

  • go to tintin.com to learn about the history of Herge and the great Adventures of Tintin. Not French, but Belgian. Often mistaken due to French and Flemish spoken in Belgium. Georges Remi was born in Brussels, and wrote for a Belgian Newspaper. Finally Tintin gets serious attention with this movie. It's about time. Proud to be Belgian.

  • The french should be proud!

  • @daddelino94

    its belgian

  • @FiftyCalHeadshot I know, but i still think the french should be proud.

  • @daddelino94 wtf

  • @FiftyCalHeadshot Proud for ther country, not for some crazy movie...

  • Yeaaaahhh!! Tintin if from BELGIUM!!! *proud*

  • wow, this seems very interesting :P

  • our french teacher is planning on taking us to see the movie. 'cause its part of "the french culture."

  • @mikesalazar45 be happy to go and watch the movie during class and your teacher is right its part of the french culture

  • @UltimateSuperjerk Part of Belgian culture my boy!

  • @BinRandom yes i know i'm belgian but its a small country and a lot of people dont know it bu what i actually ment is the french (speaking) litterature, in belgium there are three official languages french dutch and a small group of german speaking

  • @mikesalazar45 Hey Atleast FREE MOVIE

  • @mikesalazar45

Clutching at straws somewhat then, seeing as it's Belgian!

  • @mikesalazar45 FRENCH??? Tell your teacher he's Belgian! Those dirty, frog eating, constantly surrenduring whinedrinkers constantly try to steal our cool stuff! ;)

  • @BinRandom the majority of the series was based in France, and a lot of the characters were french....

  • @YourPalHDee it's not because he has a french sounding name that he's French :p Hergé was a Belgian, it's not because their names and places sound French that they are french :p more than half of Belgium has french as a language :p

  • @mikesalazar45 Belgian culture

  • @mikesalazar45 he or she should make you read one of the comics before

  • @mikesalazar45 tintin is.....

  • @mikesalazar45 you.have.no.fucking.idea ;-)

  • @mikesalazar45

    but Tintin is Belgian

  • @mikesalazar45 he is most definitely Belgian. if you read the comic books you will see.

His author, Herge has a wiki page, have a look at it if you like

  • @mikesalazar45 Tell your teacher he is wrong, Hergé is from Belgium, not France.

  • @mikesalazar45

Pretty strange, cuz Tintin is Belgian..

  • @mikesalazar45 tell your teacher to do her homework, as french culture does not equal belgian culture

  • @davidnassau So you are saying something can only be culture in the country it originated in? Perhaps you should have looked up 'culture' in a dictionary (as in, do your homework) before you pulled that logic out of your arse

  • @mikesalazar45 Your French teacher is doing it right... XD

  • @mikesalazar45 I thought it was part of the belgian culture?

  • @mikesalazar45 wtf ! it's belgian so tell your teacher STFU

  • @mikesalazar45 Tell him that Tintin is Belgian and not French.
