It is hard- I had to put my mind into it 100%. I read the master cleanse diet book and learned the benefits from doing the cleanse. Let me know when ur starting urs so I can cheer u up on the way! : )

I have been very busy and when I'm out on the go I eat fast food and that is no good for me. I have gained back 10 lbs....I am not home so its hard to get all the good liquids in my diet....anyway I am working at getting the 10lbs back off and I know I will soon very soon

For some reason all my replies keeps getting lost somewhere in the cyber world.i know i'm late- I've been meaning to make a vid since last week but things came up; excuses :p Liquid diet is hard- I had to read the master cleanse book and put my mind 100% to it but I like it. : ) The pics are taken @ San Francisco last spring break when me n my friends went for a road trip, pictures of San Fran @ night and the bridge is amazing- I should find it and put it up. And yes- shopping soon -in Asia :)
