thats why every video in which you can see that a javelin is hitting a target, the target does not even move one millimeter

i read a statistic which said

the hitting ration against moving targets faster than 10 km/h is reduced to 60%

and against faster than 20km/h its reduced to 30%

the question is.. why do you need such a accurate at weapon

if it costs 200'000 usd per unit?
