She's saying that the govt would do any better than private corporations? At least in the market, there is a profit motive for these companies to be accurate.
i go through all my neighbors dumpsters. i found out they rent homo porn (theyre all female though?), eat dog meat, have private investigators on all their ex boyfriends, and plan a trip to afghanistan for a sexy weekend away ! i believe there should be an IQ qualification in order to vote. you must have taken an IQ test in the past 6 years and scored more than 120. watch my videos

It depends where your garbage can is located, if is in an alley then it's not illegal, if is inside your property then is illegal because somebody is tresspasing. If the police were looking for some kind of evidence, then it's not illegal if they have a warrant.

You know what they should do? Print out a receipt for each of us that details all we voted for. It would stay personal and we would have a record of the vote to confirm.
Here in Oregon we vote by mail, a traceable ballot there to ensure a hand count w/ a human can occur but a tallying machine is still used. If the vote is very close a hands on count can be demanded but I don't think anyone really questions the pc that does the counting ordinarily.

What actually convinced city council was not what I said about Premier/Diebold, but that it's cheaper to use people to count the ballots and pay the people well.
