@masongoliver i see things that resembles rockman and the trailer good but i dont feel too much nostalgia and it is sorta basically a small kid shooting robots :D. but if you read the manga from rockman tanjou (which is gone now) it was an amazing manga i think its called rockman megamix but ayways overall 6/10 good job :)

@masongoliver not really well partially. the original rock was invented by Dr. Wright later known as Dr. Light who wanted a son and a household robot so he invented rock and roll as well 6 high advanced robots to benefit human society with dr. wily. after awhile dr.wily was jealous so he took over the robot masters. rock was depressed to see his brothers fighting so he promises to bring back them all so he became megaman. rock looks like a 10 year old boy with normal clothes and black hair

@bugameca Seems you're just bitching about how the content doesn't fit your own vision of what a Mega Man film should be like. Creativity is personal and this was just one guy's vision of a MM-inspired film. The editing and twisting of footage to tell an original story is awesome. My bet is thats why it won. Crazy, the judges must've been looking at the skill of the video on its own rather than worrying about how "accurate" a FAKE TRAILER is to the video game. Sheesh.

@sibby1001 No, this trailer is the winner of the Creative Junkyard Awards for best movie trailer. CJA is an online contest for fan/fake trailers and videos, judged by professional hollywood editors. Also, I never list all my movies unless specifically requested by someone. Not knowing where some of the clips come from helps keep the illusion of a genuine trailer.

Overall this was really neat. The storyline this trailer communicates takes so many aspects of the original games and combines them with some deep but not heavy handed concepts. I am very tempted to write a short story based on this video, if you wouldn't mind.
