On the phone, B&E tells customers that the company’s frozen entrees and snacks are made w/ chicken which ate only all-vegetable feed, same as its fresh chicken. This is important to avoid transmitting prion diseases. BUT THE PRINTED BOXES DON'T HAVE THE ALL-VEGETABLE FEED CLAIM and never did. Could the company be giving customer service misinformation in order to mislead customers? Is the feed of the growers of chicken for the frozen products monitored? Can this company be trusted?
