Misters...I´m a professional Bartender in Switzerland and I must say, the way this guy makes drinks, make me just to order a cold beer. No offense, but on this side of the world we DON´T touch fruits with bare hands and there is a better technic to use the shaker. But I´ve seen how difficult it is for old ´professionals´ to stay cool and humble and keep on learning and getting better. So, greetings to everyone.

Sure, you can use any sort of Lime concentrate of juice. Whatever your preference. Personally, I like fresh lemon.
