@nexus1g Yes it is, no doubt about it... well not ALL the i7, like the really low class ones would not beat some of AMDs high ends, but it's still a fantastic and powerful CPU... once you could afford it. Not all of us can afford high class stuff like the i7... I have to settle for a Phenom II X4 975 and I am grateful for it! If you can afford an i7, that's great and you should be happy with it.

Well, Even with a 5870 2GB and 4 GB of Ram running on an e8400 OC to 3.6GHz, I'm lagging. Half of it seems to be buffering issues and me trying to play the video at the same time, the other just seems like too big a video. But it's nice to have some video content that's close to my 4800x2560 setup. Very sharp, and very beautiful.

I'm doing 3-D right now without multiple monitors. When I tried it, the bezels bothered me too much. I may to be picking up on multiple monitors depending on if they do with OLEDs what they talk about doing (curved large monitors with little to no bezels).
