  • it's great to see a man that managed to defeat such a horrible disease as he had, and in the end he got the maximum reward for his work.

  • Ohhh im crying!!!! :')

  • This one of my all time favorite movies. The acting is superb.

  • i'm curious though.... did Nash really give this speech?

  • @JinrohDFLL in reality Nobel Laureates don't give acceptance speeches at the ceremony, so no, Nash did not really give this speech.

  • this is definitely one powerful, beautiful, moving and brilliant movie i've ever watched! :)

  • "Like a diet of the mind, I choose not to induge certain appetites"

  • Choro como uma criança cada vez que vejo este filme...

    Obrigada

  • but i thinkit's a very wonderful touching movie....

  • I don't understand but im going to try!!!!!!!!

  • 7:41 DROP DEAD FRED!!!

  • Russell should've won the Oscar for this performance. But I guess the Oscar people didn't want an actor to win it two times in a row.

  • @WetCatHead my thoughts exactly.

  • Wikipedia: Although he took prescribed medication, Nash wrote later that he only took it under pressure. After 1970 he was never committed to the hospital again and refused any medication. According to Nash, the film A Beautiful Mind inaccurately showed him taking new atypical antipsychotics during this period. He attributed the depiction to the screenwriter (whose mother, he notes, was a psychiatrist), who was worried about encouraging people with the disorder to stop taking their medication.

I lked the Work of Ron Howard

  • It's a verry emotional scene... It was one of the best from the movie (when they gave him the pens)! By the way, all the movie was great! It's one of the best that I've seen.

  • I've made the most important discovery of my life. It's only in the mysterious equation of love that any logical reasons can be found. I'm only here tonight because of you. You are the only reason I am... you are all my reasons.

    great lines........awesome.....

  • The illogic of romance, the chaos and capriciousness of love, it can only take a mind as beautiful as John Nash's to solve humanity's greatest conjecture - love.

  • I always cry in this scene. This is such a beautiful movie.

  • so powerful and moving

  • @cullensaquarium russell crowe truly is the best actor of our time.

  • "I take the newer medications." How to abuse a celeb to get the politically correct message across. John Nash didn't touch that poison, neither new nor old, at all after 1970. If he had, he'd probably not been around in 1994 anymore, and he'd certainly not be able to still give classes at Princeton today.

  • can you guys tell me what's the lesson(s) learned in this movie?
