I've been to Buffalo, Jacksonville, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Green Bay, Minnesota, Dallas, Tennessee, New England (old stadium), Carolina, Denver, and Detroit. They go in this order:

1. Green Bay

2. Kansas City

3. Buffalo

And the rest aren't even close. I've gone to all three more than a few times, and I can tell you with certainty that tailgating at Lambeau Field is simply the best.
