Megamari is based on the fan-made game of the same name, which explains why ROCKMARISA named his/her character "Megamari".

Allow me to assist. Megamari's opponent will have a special gauge/meter that keeps decreasing when you do a specific move. When you make the gauge left 1 box and shimmering, then you may perform this move. Just enter D,F + y and b together. (It's 1 hit KO, btw.) Hope this helps.
