I'm guessing it's some sort of variation of normal power armor, like medic armor. Unless you are talking about the helmet alone, in which case it is Hellfire armor exclusive to the DLC Broken Steel.

2: We're doing these for fun, so we're not setting ourselves up to any standard but our own.

3: We're working on a 20 minute long premiere of Tales of the Grey and the two episodes of that series which follows

We're doing it for fun, so each one is exactly as long as it needs to be. No more, no less.

Some will be four minutes, some will be one, and they average out to about two to three minutes.

Now, if you want length, Episode One of Tales of the Grey is running at about 18:32 right now, but that's because it's the long production we're focusing on.

The reason why York says "You're disqualified. Can I be Judge?" is because of a remark that the Judge makes in the first episode.

The Judge read the rules, one of which stated "Attempt to shoot the audience, and you will be disqualified!" Since the Judge took a pot shot at the York (audience), York wanted to disqualify the Judge and replace him. There...explanation.
