Alright. Bailouts were unconstitutional under BUSH and Obama has continued with them (violates equal protection clause; ie equal treatment for all).

Point to me where "share the wealth" appears in the constitution...its a whole 4 pages long and im SURE it'll take forever for you to find because...ITS NOT in there.

There is NO precedent whatsoever to try enemy combatants captured OVERSEAS here in the U.S. in federal courts

And how about when he said the problem with the constitution is that it doesn't say what the federal government MUST do on your behalf...That's because it was intended 2 LIMIT federal government involvement to ONLY those explicitly listed in the constitution

The government does not (and SHOULD not) have to provide healthcare, it SHOULDNT provide housing, and it SHOULDNT have control over how much energy I use. If I can aford 2 pay the consequences I should b free 2 do it.
