  • I keep wanting to slow it down. Nice vid.

  • i love the first one!!! i wish i looked like that(:

  • White. All I see is white. White women is beautiful, Women of color are disgusting. Maybe that's why there's so much racism at my school.

  • where is bar reafali?

  • So according to this video, in order to be beautiful you have to be white. Good to know.

  • Adriana Lima needs to be in here just saying :P

  • Thumbsup if you noticed the audio is from "the Master and commander" movie outro.

  • @TheRadarBlip Um, no. That's not where this originates from.

  • @TheRadarBlip It's the Prelude in D by Bach (catalogued as BWV 1007).

  • whos that 1:24

  • great video! but presence of Naomi made me notice the absence of beauty from other races. It's kind of sad for them that our most famous icons are mainly white.

  • Wow !! I loved them all especially the first one

  • now i feel better about having curly hair :)

  • thank god they didn't put megan fox in there, i would have vomited

  • as far as faces go i think the standards don't change much. science shows that people are found attractive because of the symmetry and balance in someones face. but style trends and fashion have changed alot through out the years.

  • as far as faces go i think the standards don't change much. science shows that people are found attractive because of the symmetry and balance in someones face. but style trends and fashion have changed alot through out the years, from short hair long hair blown out hair straight hair curls, bleach. thick eyebrows thin eyebrows, different eye make up and other techniques.

  • No megan fox?! :O and this was really cool

  • WHAT NO ELIZABETH TAYLOR?

  • @magicgirl114 she was in there.

  • @magicgirl114

    i think she's 0:59

  • I feel nauseas from all the face changing -barfs-

  • @RAFL94 I was surprised when I saw your comments, like Bobbyxx00, I wish every guy thought like u. Sadly, I bet 4 out of 5 men in our society today would think of sex if they saw this preview. thanks for having a pure heart ;)

  • alguien de favor podria decirme como se llama la modelo del min 2:28

    por fa por fa! gracias

  • awesome

  • excellent video, very well done!

  • I really loved the video!! Would you mind telling me what's the name of the effect you used so one face could transform into the other one, please? Thank you

  • guess all before 1:14 was before they created photoshop

  • omg no list of the names...

  • I have to admit, the way their eyes are moving is really freaking me out.

  • idk if its just me but i cant look at those old photos and think any of them are attractive aside from marilyn monroe. i just feel like im looking at my grandmothers or mothers old photos...

  • @navydeal123

Maybe its because of the hair styles. I dont like those old hairstyles they used to wear either . But their faces are beautiful , can't deny that :p

  • they all have the same eyes.

  • 0:40 0:00 0:59 1:25 2:15 were the most beautiful in my opinion.

  • They're all so....white

I guess some things don't evolve

  • @Firinne7 1:56 is deff not a white woman. and these are all just famous sex symbols.

  • @Firinne7 The urge to Whiteness is universal among mankind. The native men of Tonga rub a ritual substance all over their bodies to appear more beautiful. That substance is Johnson's Baby Powder.

  • @Firinne7 actually i think i saw Angela Bassest

  • 2 BLACK PEOPLE !!!! I GUESS ........

  • wow that was awesome

  • Hey, just wondering, but who were like the first 3 and what time periods? i'm guessing '10's early 20's I could identify almost all, just not them. but hey, sue me I'm 17 haha.

  • Elizabeth Tailor Is like a goddess. Such a perfect face. If there's a perfect beauty in this world, I'd say it's her and Any Lorak. The most Gorgeous women I've ever seen. IMHO

  • :23 vivien leigh is definately the most beautiful woman on this video.

  • this video is about fashion throughout the 20th century.beauty is not dictated by parisian designers, but by evolution, selecting the fittest sexual partner is critical in the process of passing on ur genes to the next generation and ultimately to the survivor of the species.in other words deciding whos beautiful and whos not is a defense mechanism and if a trait is judged as beautiful it means that traits poses some kind of advantage for an individual.for more info see "the human face" by bbc.

  • this kind of fucks with my mind, so trippy.

  • Wow, this video is enchanting. What a great piece of work!

  • I miss the natural beauty the existed before photoshop..

All women are beautiful, many don't take the time to check, though, that a lot of peoples beauty exists on the inside..

  • wow soo beautiful!!!!

  • women were so beautiful back then, the classical beauty wish those still existed.

  • Awesome video. Loved seeing the stunning Elizabeth Taylor, Viven Leigh, Rita Hayworth, Audrey Hepburn, and Judy Garland :D

  • Gene Tierney 0:31, Vivien Leigh 0:23, Hedy Lamarr 0:28, Rita Hayworth 0:29, Olivia deHavilland 0:34 to transition perfectly to Ingrrid Bergman 0:36, and so on with so many beautiful actresses...You did a beautiful job :D and Bach's cello suite <3 <3

  • The morphing is really trippy. It's hard to tell where one face begins and another ends!

  • i don't get the point of this... ? hair styles change cool

  • anyone else notice that the 'evolution of beauty' was practically all white women?

  • @xXdinosaursRAWRXx no it wasn't. At the beginning, yes, but, after that there were black women

  • @lokitagaby17 *sigh* Unfortunately neither of the two had typical black features.... just saying....

  • @OhMySweetStars well yeah, I guess

  • @xXdinosaursRAWRXx durrr obviously.

  • @xXdinosaursRAWRXx

I don't think that was how this video was intended to be seen. I wish people would stop pulling up the 'race' issue. To me this was the evolution of beauty, as in, how it's changed overtime from people of my race. One thing I recognized was that yes, some of the older pictures didn't appeal to me as much as the modern ones, thus showing that my taste was different from say, an ancestor of mine fifty years ago...

  • @xXdinosaursRAWRXx... that being said I'm not saying I don't find people from other races attractive. I'm just saying things have clearly changed based on how I see my own race.

  • This video really shows how the conception of beauty have changed. Great work!=)

  • that. was. awesome!!

  • I love how all these women are Caucasian. Like nobody that is not or doesn't look white is not beautiful.

But I guess with all the segregation and racism, people of other ethnicities weren't generally considered beautiful in the U.S.

Audrey Hepburn, Judy Garland, and Sandra Bullock were the most beautiful, in my opinion. :)

  • @QuirkyAveragness , they weren't all Caucasian. Besides, you don't know the background of all "white" people. some are Irish, some are French, some are German, some are Spanish, etc..

I'm sure the maker of this video had no racist intent.

  • @KawaiiVanilla They are Caucasians of many different backgrounds. Caucasian. There are very few/no people of African, South Asian, Middle East Asian or Far East Asian background.

Im not suggesting the creator of this video is racist, it just demonstrates the times of past and present social and cultural norms- how often are these people on our screens now and then? I am confident that the perception of beauty will change and will be open to all 'races'.

Loved the morphing by the way :)

  • @QuirkyAveragness I think it's jsut brown people don't look at good in black or blone hair.

  • i loved judy garland and audrey hepburn=)

    beautiful features

  • I love pausing between pictures... because it still looks beautiful x3

Also THANK YOU! I needed this for a reference to this time period I was drawing :'D omg this is soo helpful.

  • THAT WAS AWESOME!!! marilyn monroe!!!!! :)

  • I love the look of the girl ar 0:31 :) beautiful!

  • I love how they changed from one to the other. And I love how you picked beautiful, timeless music. ^^

  • I think women before were much more beautiful because they were real. now every single photo you see in a magazine is retouched! I think that's bad for your sef image because you may think that those people are real..but they are fake...........

  • i thing it was great, exept that Angie should be at the pick of the evolution :D

  • I really liked it!! In my opinion the mos t beautiful women were in 20's and 40's, tha tha!

  • I think the most beautiful, natural and elegant women were in the 40's.

  • wheres madonna:0?!

  • I don't think Madonna is beautiful :s

  • amazing

  • yeah. Black were still on the tree at than time, should I answer, but I won't. It is history, what can we do with it? History of cinema.

  • Marvelous video!

You can see some of the similar features they all share: The nicely shaped brows, expressive eyes, delicate nose, and full lips. Yet beauty has changed so much!

  • I think it has though, women before were more natural now a days most of them are retouched with surgery.

  • OMG OMG that was AMAZING, lots of them were very...hot >:D

  • Brigitte Bardot <3

  • They forgot SO many, and where the heck is Monica Bellucci?!

  • my comment got thumbed down. WOW... People these days clearly only cares about looks. No wonder many is getting seperated because they don't like eachother. Sad but true :(

  • I want a woman to be beautiful on the inside :) that's all that matters. If you get a girl that looks good is just a bonus :)

  • agreed. i also think that is someone is beautiful on the inside, your visual perception of them can change.

  • @JaXNashphun hmmm thank you!

  • aww thats so sweet!
