Truly great production.Steve can certainly hold a note.Don't think the other three guys took the vid seriously which seems to take the edge off.Top song although I have never heard it at any northern soul all-nighters I don't think. Thanks for uploading and for the info.
Hi, I'm Søren from Denmark. I hope that people who like this music will join up to receive "Reaching For The Best - The IAN LEVINE Newsletter". Steve's a great vocalist. Pity he fell in with Simon Build-Them-Up-Shoot-Them-Down Cowell. If you could see your way to putting up his version of Walk Away And Never Look Back that would be amazing.
How did you get the background music to sound so good. If I wouldn't have seen this video I would have guesed this song were from the sixties. This song reminds me of The Isley Brothers for some reason.
I'm on the laminate with the talc over everything in the back room.
Pyjama shorts and vest and a cup o tea. lol

You mentioned it on another video! Can't remember which... Oh dear, am I not supposed to know about that? :-)

i'd like to re-record that song as a luther style ballad vocal, guitar and percussion vibe, maybe add cello. great song!

It was. It was released on a CD called "Northern Soul 2004" on the Goldsoul label.

Go on E-Bay and try to find a UK album called Solid Ground. Most of it's by the original Motown acts and all the tracks sound like this.

It's awesom to see a newer-age group performing such great music. These guys so don't look like soul singers! Great video!
