here are the 1998 highschool dropout rate.think back to your freshman year in highschool, u mean to tell me over 50% of the african american dropped out. Heres some real facts. In 1998 4% of white student drooped out of highschool and 5% of black students dropped out of highschool for students grade 10-12. In 1998 the total % of white students between 18-24 who never finished highschool was 13.7% and 17.1% for blacks

its natural for blacks and hispanics to do crime its in ther blood first of all....and dropping out isnt the biggest problem for them its parenting....i dropped out of highschool im a white male and i live life perfectly not a thing on my crime record
