oh my god some people are so full of shit. Ok i used to be pretty chubby. Low metabolisms and diabetes both run in my family, and you know what... i lost the weight. Yes to some people food is comforting but doing activities like running releases endorphins which feels much better. Honestly all it takes to lose weight is a little self control and motivation. And no you can't just stop cold turkey, it's a pretty long process and i think many people just give up too easily.

My mother was very overweight, and I'll have you IDIOTS know that obesity isn't just something you just get over. Obesity obviously comes from over eating. Eating is a drug to these people. You can't just stop cold turkey. You also cant talk about them. How would you like it. How would you like it if someone was talking about your mom. Fat people ARE Beautiful. I think what the person meant was anyone could get like that, food is all around us and sometimes its hard for people to say no and not snack. Some people get it from their families, if thats all you were taught then its hard to reverse the process. Thats why its called an eating disorder. this video makes me sad. it does not take much to keep fit. i do sport everday, out of school. its my choice. but if you look at out life styles these days. we are lazy. the worst thing i have seen is an ELEVATOR going up to THE GYM. so i say, if you dont need to go far, cycle! or walk... not hard choose stairs instead of lifts or elevators.

I gain weight very easy, but i would never use that as an excuse for being fat! I do understand that some people are sick, and thats why they are so obese, but most cases people just let things go way too far...Nobody has to be a super model, but at least keep a healthy life and do lots of exercise...would sure help our health system uphere in Canada!
