The plane is coming to fast in on the runway and they also got "ground effect" before they landed. The pilots should had a much lower approach speed when they landed.

I think the pilots need a bit more practice in high wind conditions....

guyz the only thing you can conclude of this video or landing is that the pilot flew too fast.

When the engines were on idle the airplane didnt lose altitude because it was flying too fast.

maybe you could consider a good landing when the airplane is able to take off again so, this was not a bad landing then...the 1.000 target, was not achieved...that's the reason for the consideration you have said.

First of all that was not such a bad landing, second the speed and everything were ok, when the asphalt is to hot in comparison whit the atmosphere temperature there is an up stream on the runway pushing the plane up, you can see that the pilot is not waiting anymore the plane to go down but he is pushing the control column and the nose goes down first (dangerous procedure) it is difficult to explain you have to fly the plane to feel that..

First of all... I think the words about a hard landing are BS, Im more interested in why the pilots decided to continue the landing after hovering for almost 600 meter 15 meters above the touch down zone. Im not saying they were taking a risk but it makes you wonder. Those markings arent just there to look nice..they are there to warn you that you are missing possible critical meters..

Actually - it might have been a rather HARD landing, but it was also a SAFE landing. On the centreline, in the touchdown zone (okay, barely, but still inside) and on a good glidepath on short approach (as far as I can tell from the video)

I reserve the right to observe and make my own judgements as to what I feel is safe for my family and me. Based on what I saw and what the acusiations were from this video I would simply choose another airline if I travled to this location. @themargenaus If you choose not to fly with this airline, just because you saw this video. Then do not fly at all. All airlines, no matter which one, make 'hard' landings. The video description is not even true. At the beginning of the runway there is a cliff. Winds are unpredictable and you better want to be safe, by aiming a bit further than the touchdown blocks. The large white ones. The other smaller blocks are the touchdown zone.

Dreadful landing, completely misjudged especially the second one. bounced it beyond the touchdown zone and seemed very fast. Given there is a sheer drop at the end this should definately been a go-around from the point where the flare was botched up.
