After a few months the urethane upper drive wheel will wear and the machine will start spitting out shorter strips than requested. There is a limited amount of tension adjustment to compensate for a worn wheel. It's cool you say, there is a two year warranty... I've had hell trying to get them to replace bad wheels. Also when your floor operators loose the safety magnet in the upper lid, good luck finding it. You'll have to buy more lids... The key pad will loose a portion of its functions
