@wazupman200 this is Xp. like winstonerrr said its just rocket dock and a generic sidebar and a vista theme thats why the start orb is so much further to the right... vista is almost at the edge.

the 3d cube desktop switcher looks extremely lame and looks desperately in need of either a ram boost or a better graphics card.
