Google intuitive eating... the hunger scale is part of what I have been doing with intuitive eating for years now. It's so exciting to see so many people tapping into these resources, and there's so much more info out there! :)
I'm all about listening to my body! The only thing I have during the day whether I'm hungry or not is my protein in the morning. Then I only eat when I'm hungry :) Great info!
Redo's are way better than giving up! Learning a lot about our hunger scale. Thank you for your knowledge! For me coconut oil has made a huge difference for me on this round, I only cook with it and it also helps in making me feel fuller faster on lesser calories. I might eat in a day 200 to 250 calories a day not counting the table spoon of CO. <3
I also especially like your 'rating our hunger' and only eating until we are satisfied. This is new territory for me, but think it is going to be 'key' in my getting to a healthy weight, too.
Great update! It's encouraging to know we're all learning to listen to our bodies. Seems like such an obvious thing but I know for sure that I've always been body deaf! Here's to freedom and learning to hear with wide open ears : )
Hey girl of course this vlog helped out a lot they always do. Thanks a lot btw. Keep up the goods with your strategic ways that work for you because by the time you know it you'll know what works for you by exercising it and then you can move on to something else that you analyze on what else works for your body and by the time you know it you'll pretty much be set with less stress. Sounds like a plan I've tried in the past that we should all get use to. Thanks for sharing all that work lol:)
