@gnarlywreckagedude u can get all these sounds with logic pro. learn how to use a synth ( seriously ). The vocal sounds are square wave variations with filter modulation with extreme resonsnce setting, and then bit crushing. U can do it with ultrabeat even. Then he likes to use FM Synthesis.

Audio and video quality are not mutually exclusive, a 1080p video could have 96kbps audio or 320kbps. Just the same as, technically speaking, a 240p video could have a wide range of bit rates or encoding schemes in the audio track. Since this video doesn't contain any video data, besides a static image file, nearly all of the files "space" is dedicated to the audio data stream.

When you upload a video on youtube in 240p it automatically compress audio to only 56kbps, 360p and 480p has 96kbps audo qualty and 720p to 4K share the same 128kbps bitrate or even more I'm not sure. So when you are uploading a small resolution picture with a 320kbps quality audio youtube changes it into nothing else than crappy nosie.
