I agree that Stuffing is evil. But it has a twin, a good twin Dressing. In fact you cook it separately from the bird. In fact most cook books have a Dressing option in their Stuffing recipes.

Dressing is prepared on a stovetop. Stuffing is...well stuffed into stuff.

well, unless you use stovetop stuffing! Also, dressing is prepared partially on the stovetop, then baked in the oven.

Totally disagree! Dressing is chewy bars of bread n' stuff. Blech. And I'm from the south !(my family is slightly disappointed in my tastes.)
