I feel like the song is directed towards someone who has pretty much hit rock bottom and is on the brink of disaster. It kind of comes as a warning and a plea for them to look back at what they've done to get to this point of time and asking them to turn away. At the same time, however, the song plays devils advocate by pitying the person and pressuring them to keep destroying their life.
