You can only morph if you're a GM or are on a Private Server. Normal players can't morph. But with some Private Servers, the code is different, and instead of ".morph" you could put ".mod display" ;)

Where do you find the mob ID's?

Type in .npcinfo and look for the npc skin ID then type in .morph and there you go.
