They are offered subsidized apartments and education by the gov't, there are even reforms that guarantee them jobs. But they prefer sending their children to beg/steal. There they set up homemade tents, ate, slept, shit, littered everywhere. Sent their kids out begging every second the traffic stopped. The Govt sent their asses back home 6 weeks later.

I am Romanian and after seeing 20 years of gypsies almost only under the form of thieves, beggars or singers of certain types of songs that only cater to the uneducated, having a bad opinion of gypsies is only natural;
nowadays, I am informing myself more about them, from stories on the internet and from videos like this; also I am gathering general knowledge about disadvantaged minorities throughout history
